Not that much to see there, other than it's a nice spot to stretch your legs, walk around, learn about the ship wreck, across the street

Just a short stop for picnic lunch. Small little parks but very nice and quiet. Nice little memorial park in the center.

We were on a road trip and found our own drift wood walking stick. On the beach. Which made a great souvenir, and we used them everyday on our week long road trip seeing nature spots. Here the rock formations, make many tide pools too. To see creatures. If you are towing, and it is not busy, roadside parking is big enough. From here, driving south, is a very pretty drive too. Along the coastal houses.

Went here with my family, including 2 kids. Met up with a friend and their child as well. Kids had a BLAST playing with the driftwood building forts and splashing in the surf. Beach was very well maintained with minimal clutter. I picked up a pocketful of trash/plastic, but otherwise this beach was incredibly clean. The views are breathtaking and there is a little island just a ways off that has sea lions on it, if you look close enough. Having binoculars with you would be a great idea! The only concern is getting down to the beach is a bit rough. Definitely not wheelchair, stroller or wagon compatible. Also, you have to traverse through quite a bit of driftwood to get through to the nice sandy part, but it is very worth it.
