Art and his crew were phenomenal! We had a blast on the sunrise balloon ride, they easily put my nervous 12 & 6 year old boys at ease and kept the humor and good times going for our whole group the entire time. Definitely would do this again with these guys! Pick up was timely, directions and waivers provided beforehand for very easy transport and the ride back for champagne was very nice. Stopped in a park with sculptures from burned wood and he told a comically factual story of the origins of hot air ballooning with champagne (sparkling cider for the kids) and cheese and crackers. Art and his crew were awesome! Highly recommend and would do it again with Air Carriage - btw, this was the ONLY company to return my phone call when trying to schedule this during a packed spring break week!

We had a fantastic experience with Air Carriage. Our kids had purchased the tickets as a gift a couple of Xmas's ago, but COVID hit before we could use them. They honored the old tickets even though we had multiple reschedules for a slew of reasons. Jennifer was great to work with. The balloon ride itself was everything we could have wished. The departure from a city park meant that we didn't have to struggle with crowds and parking issues. Everyone was super friendly and pleasant, and balloon ride itself was a joy. The group bonded sufficiently that many of us joined with the crew for an after-flight brunch. Absolutely recommended.

Our pilot was Art. He is funny, knowledgeable of the area, really seems to enjoy his job, and made sure all of us enjoyed our ride. Then at the end we had mimosas with snack food and he shared more stories along with answering any questions.

If I could give zero stars I would, unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can give.Do not booked with Air Carriage LLC!!!! Very Unprofessional and disrespectful. It is a SCAM, I booked with my fiancé & my friends in March for my friends birthday. Requested a refund, because of COVID-19 however Jennifer refused to give us a refund. Stated that we were just mad because she was being too hard. Jennifer & her husband has no concern about their customers safety and health. During the pandemic they only cared about money.We rescheduled again since there was no refund provided, just to not get on the Hot Air Balloon. We met up at an random Starbucks 1st strike.Then we drove to a church parking lot 2nd strike.Then we went to a parking lot across from a hotel(Fairfield Marriott Hotel) 3rd strike.They did not do any check-ins. The picture uploaded we stayed in this spot & never got onto the hot air balloon. Originally we were supposed to do the hot air balloon in New Mexico, then they closed Albuquerque location. Just to reschedule us in Saint Marcos location. We drove from Fort Worth & the husband casually said welp can’t do it today we’ll just do it tomorrow. As if we didn’t have children or jobs to go back to. At this point we will be taking legal actions to handle this ongoing matter.

FUN..AMAZING...COOL!!! Art and his team are the best pilots in New Mexico! This experience is so great that it was my second time flying with with Art in the last 9 months........and I live in Burlington, North Carolina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had so much fun the first trip up with my daughter last April that we brought my wife back this time around. Can't wait for round 3!!!!!!!!!

Do the hop! You get the chase the balloon around. Very smooth. Very high. Incredible views. Loved it.

Art and team managed through tough winds to create a lifelong experience for us and other riders. First class service and piloting, Art traversed his way through Albuquerque, and managed to keep us safe from high winds and low hazards. Beautiful sights throughout. You can’t go wrong with this team!

These guys are amazing. We researched many others and REALLY glad we chose Art and his team. A family owned business where all the team members are like Arts’s extended family. On time, professional and Art is one hell of a pilot and personality. You won’t go wrong with them and have a great time.

My husband and I took our first flight with Art and his crew yesterday. Highly recommend it. Art has a great sense of humor and knows how to put people at ease, and he is clearly an expert pilot who puts safety first. If you've been thinking about taking your first flight or if you have several under your belt, don't hesitate to go with Air Carriage.

Laura LiAnn was our pilot and she was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly and took many photos for and with us. The flight was so amazing and the crew all welcomed us as friends! I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish!

It's a standard limited liability waiver I've encountered in other similar activities. This operation makes all possible efforts to ensure the safety of its customers but must acknowledge that 'things' can happen that no amount of prior planning can foresee. My wife & I found the owner & crew to be totally professional & would fly with them again without hesitation.
How much for the ticket flight in the balloon. For 2 adult 1 children 6 years old
