This 'little' theater has been around for some time now. Vivian Vance got her start here! We were fortunate enough to see West Side Story and this is a production requiring a large cast, good singing voices and dancing to boot. The cast did not fail to impress and please. Everything was done very skillfully. The bathrooms are limited so... More

We attended an excellent production of Legally Blonde at the Albuquerque Little Theatre. The production was first class. The actors were very talented, the set was well constructed, and the lighting and sound were also good. The theater is small, so every seat is a good seat. The only negative is the small restroom, but they are getting ready to... More

Great local (and sometimes visiting professionals) provide great stage performances for a very reasonable price. Although the historic building is rather short on restroom facilities, they don't dim the lights until the ladies are finished for the second half of the show. A building renovation is planned and funds are currently being raised for improvements which will enhance everyone's visit.

Went opening night, and enjoyed it. Wasn't sure where to sit, so now I'd advise the top row, center for the best overall view. The seats are on a good rake, so you should be able to see over the heads of the people in front of you. Good, talented and enthusiastic cast in a small, intimate setting. Liked the... More

We saw Spamalot recently at the theater. It was very well done, the 2 stars were very good singers. The micing was done very well for sound. This theater had a great season, we saw a couple other shos this past season. Next years looks even better. THe theater is quaint and has a nice vibe.

This lovely musical with lyrics, by, who else, Eric Idle. For lovers of Monty Python it has numerous scenes that you will remember from the movie, Monty Python and the Holy Grail. If you don't know who, or better yet, what Monty Python is, then welcome to this planet. There are also numerous parts to the musical that are not... More

On a recent visit to Albuquerque we slotted time to see the play "Spamalot" performed at the ALT as the locals call it. The performance was wildly entertaining and the theatre very relaxed. Parking is easy both in and out and they offer a good list of upcoming plays.

The actors / singers were really good. They all looked like they were having fun & so did we. The theatre was small but everyone was great to deal with All in all, a great experience!

My friends and I went to see "Grease" Sunday afternoon at Albuquerque Little Theater. I haven't had so much fun at the theater in years. The music takes one back to their youth in a good way. The talent at ALT always amazes me. The singing and dancing are great and the sets were perfect for this musical play. I... More
