Very memorable experience, Alfred, Gage and Andrew were a great crew. We got to hold open the mouth of the balloon. The pilots let us walk inside the envelope. Winds were calm (at times a little too calm) and we went up with a large number of other balloons that morning. The first few minutes are scary as you get used to the basket sensation, as the wicker floor yields a bit to your weight and you get the sensation you might fall through. There are rope handholds on the insides of the gondola you can hang om to to ease the sensation a bit. We expected the landing to be hard but it wasn't. The landing sensation was quite gentle. Most of the people in our group decided to get in the vans after getting their mimosas, but I wouldn't recommend it as there's a substantial wait time while the crew muscles the basket and envelope onto the trailer. Our landing was in Rio Rancho and we took off around LBJ Middle School so the drive back to our cars is also a significant amount of time. Be prepared. Anyhow, thank you for the memories!

Easily one of the greatest experiences I’ve had while traveling and I would highly recommend it if you get the opportunity. The views were just incredible and my group had the pleasure of having Dean as our pilot. He was seriously the best! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. We went late October 2020 when the trees were changing color and it was beautiful.

Breath taking to say the least, the whole experience was explained well and professional. Our captain served in the Air Force and gave great info of the local area not to mention that his control of the balloon was unbelievable. The landing was smooth with no fear on our group to worry about. Did I mention that he is very humerus. Great trip, bucket list ✅

It was a very good experience. I was in Dean's group and felt that we were well piloted. I thought his jokes were funny! Everyone wore masks, but we were packed close and some masks came off for selfies. The view over the forest, river and city was spectacular. We landed just where we wanted to. It was interesting to see how the balloons were inflated and packed away afterward. The champagne was good too!
