Great family indoor swimming pool
Mar 2016 • Family
Not sure if this "attraction" is talking about the area or the pool. The area was a little sketchy, but the swimming pool was fabulous! My family visited the pool for 50 cent Friday night (offered from 5:30-8:00pm) and my kids had a blast. There is a big slide and a little kids play structure in the water. The pool doesn't get over 3' deep. We got there when they opened and I highly recommend it, as it did get busy around 6:30-7pm. There were lots of families and the smart ones brought dinner in with them. It was fun for my kids and I would go back if we are ever in the area again. It felt more like a local activity than a tourist one, but fun either way.

Nice open and welcoming space. Friendly people all around. Good information of the surrounding areas. Will let others know what a great time we had. Will return again to visit.

The other review.
This isn't the actual west mesa of Albuquerque . The other reviewer doesn't even know what they are talking about. This is the west mesa high school on coors. And I'm guessing the attraction is their public pool because it's actually a very nice pool!!! So before bashing something know what your talking about.

Danger Will Robinson!

I'm really not sure why this is considered an attraction. The West Mesa anywhere south of i 40 is a complete dumping ground for the low life that live in the area (that wont pay $3 to use the city dump). You run into garbage, beer bottles, cans, old appliances, dumped dead animals, and everything you dont want to see in nature. It's also very dangerous depending on where you go as this area is also known for dumping stripped and stolen vehicles.
