Stop here for information on this area of the park. Watch the short film about the area. There is a very small museum with several fossil skeletons of the animals that once called this place home.

The teenagers were very happy to see the dinosaur exhibits. excellent trails behind the museum. Petrified wood has changed to all different colors of rock depending on what chemicals were present when the trees slowly turned to rock.
