Very small. Maybe a total of 15 vendors. The ones they do have are pretty awesome. Free samples. A few food trucks. Would’ve been better if it wasn’t so hot.

We've been around 5-7 times because we want to support this kind of endeavor. However, don't go much out of your way for this one. They have some food trucks, some alcohol, some live music, some arts and crafts, and some unimpressive produce offerings most of the times we've been to it. The last couple of times we went, the produce was a bit better, but don't get your hopes up and don't expect much. The atmosphere is upbeat and friendly, though.

Response from Aislynn C, Executive Director at Corpus Christi Downtown Farmer's Market

Hoping you will keep in mind we have worked our darnedest to grow food production in this community and after 5 years we were finally on the rise when hurricane Harvey blew through south Texas and did serious damage...I am guessing that since you live here on the beach you know this. I think the growers that are working diligently this season to have ANYthing should be commended. And we are grateful that they keep at it with very little educational support available for food farming and small grower education. We will keep the faith and keep the good vibe, but we know it is worth it to many for us to stay strong and keep learning. Thanks for the support. Have a wonderful day on the beach.

Wednesday nights will never be the same! Corpus Christi needed a purpose for downtown as a community. While we love concerts and games in the SEA district, this is a weekly opportunity to buy locally grown food and goods while showing children that all food does not come from the grocery store! They also get to shake hands with the people who cultivated it. Such a great place!

Good folks, better greens and real positive vibe on the water. Food trucks, music. God Bless Texas. The art museum is cool too.

I enjoy talking to the gardeners and/or farmers that bring these fresh products. Excited to see that some also brought fresh baked goods.
