The area is not so big, the lagoon self looks like a swamp. There is a pier and you'll see people do fishing. We stayed on the pier for a while and waited for the sunset. It was beautiful.

Whether you are into birding, boating,or fishing this is a great area to spend some time. For those less active enthusiasts you can it at Doc's or Snoopy's and have a drink and just enjoy watching the activity on the water.

Honestly.....search Google for Corpus Christi guides. Or visit the local tackle shops: Roy's & Clem's are good choices.
