If you haven't noticed, most aircraft carriers are rather large. The USS Lexington might be old and "small" for an aircraft carrier, but it IS an aircraft carrier. Therefore, just walking the ship will take a long time.

Access to main flight deck and elevator to lower area however many inner areas will be limited due to steep narrow stairs which the sailors used to move about the ship - I don’t recall wheelchair rentals - hope that helps
