The Salt Palace had spacious rooms for individual sessions as well as larger rooms for exhibits. Within walking distance of many hotels and restaurants.

The paralyzed veterans games were here. This facility was easy to get around for the veterans. Especially wheelchairs, awesome place to have games.

As convention centers go, this is a nice one. A striking tower with bells in the entrance that are coordinated by the wind/windmills adjacent. Take a moment to listen to these as you walk in. The convention center was clean. I didn't use the food vendors but there were some. Personnel were helpful

This place and the views were gorgeous. It was easy to navigate without getting lost. Figuring out where to park was a little confusing, but we figured it out.

I was their for a convention recently... it is large very clean building ... surrounding areas offer shopping restaurants close by many Hotels across street great if here for convention to be close to everything many offering free shuttles back and forth if you don't feel like walking.

Good sound quality for convention speakers. Not as much signage as I would have liked and sadly, not many food options in the actual convention center. Overall not as commodious as other convention sites that I have been to. Spacious and sweeping staircases. Relatively clean and well-maintanined bathroom facilities.

The layout of this convention center leaves little to desire as the meeting rooms and the convention center exhibition hall, themselves, were well kept and monitored. Our meeting could not have gone better anywhere else that we have been before. Kudos for those who keep this convention center in top form.

We visited the Convention Center just to have a brief look and leave. This does not happen at this place. Tours are anywhere from 30 - 60 min. and ONLY with a guide, not on your own. It was interesting, I learned a lot. However, not being a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints, it was sometimes more... More

Eventually saw the signs pointing to the tour entrance door. Then it was a first class, personalized tour of the features and functions. Must see the auditorium from the main floor and the upper levels. See the roof gardens with someone who knows the state's flora, fauna and geology, and can explain the unique engineering, plumbing ,cantilevering, HVAC, etc. of... More

The center is convenient to many hotels and restaurants, and an easy short ride from the airport. The exhibit hall and meeting rooms were excellent.
