Don't miss this one

Tremendous building with an amazing history. Don't miss seeing it. We lucked out and a priest was giving a tour. Learned so much. Amazing word work, art and stain glass.

We went to mass here and brought some Mormon friends. What a stunning building! The interior artwork is exquisite. The church service was very good. They give tours Sunday at 11AM.

This was a last-minute stop while we were in downtown SLC, and I'm so glad we noticed it! The artwork within the cathedral was just stunning, particularly the Stations of the Cross. If you appreciate religious (Christian) art, tack on a few minutes to your visit to SLC and stop by!

I lived less than two blocks from the Cathedral for 3 years and never visited it. 38 years later I have visited it 3 times within the last 6 months. The Way of the Cross depictions are my favorites from anywhere, and I've been in cathedrals all over the world. I love the bright colors, the use of local animals... More

As an active Catholic in Salt Lake City, I felt the desire to connect with my community. Someone told me about a church just blocks away from the LDS Temple. I arrived to discover a cathedral whose aesthetics calls one to prayer.

Gorgeous cathedral, Gothic architecture, inside beautiful hand painted Station of the Cross, surrounded by carved wood frames. Hugh, ornate pipe organ. Stained glass around the sides of church, so much more. Worth the visit. Pray for our country while you are there!

My experiences to go to that church is a really good place to pray for god's blessings. In fact, I really enjoyed that location, also.

Beautiful Old Wood that dominates the interior. Beautiful colors painted on the ceilings and the woodwork.
