The Utah Symphony provided an incredible performance for the musical score while showing the "Disney in Concert: Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" movie. This was indeed an amazing experience. Abravanel Hall is less than ideal, however, for a 2-hour plus...More

We went here for the first time to watch Joe Biden speak. A very nice addition to the Salt Lake Area. Not an overly large place but beautiful. We sat on the 12th row in the middle, Acoustics were great and I don't think really...More

I bought season tickets for the first time. I was aweinspired by the audience. They were so reverent and quiet during the performances. I almost wanted to turn my sear around and study everyone. I dont see people this quiet even at church. The orchestra...More

It was a lovely venue and easy to get to. Decent and clean parking ramp nearby with lots of shopping and places to eat. Seating in the theater itself was good and even though we were in the nosebleeds we could see well. Only complaint...More

I graduated from high school in this building and have only been back for symphonies, but have attended many of these over the years. The acoustics are very good. The foyer (lobby) is comfortable. I suggest not sitting in the first five or so rows,...More

We have attended several events here from concerts to seminars. The building is beautiful and clean. It seems there is not a bad seat in the house! The staff are friendly and helpful.

Love the music and the glass sculpture. Our flight was delayed 6 hours so we decided to go to Symphony. We had already turned in the rental car and our luggage. They were very nice and we all wore jeans (makes me sad). Great coat...More

We saw Mannheim Steamroller here 12/26. Second time we have seen them, and while I won't comment on the actual concert here (not that it wasn't great, just not relevant to the review) I think Abravanel Hall was wonderful. For past concerts & musicals in...More
