Clean and comfortable venue
Feb 2021 • Family
This is a great venue. While it isn’t brand new, they do a fantastic job of keeping it clean and modern. The staff is very friendly, and easily found.

This game we watched from the sky box seats, the highest point in the arena. A very different experience. Not the best viewing of the live action, but plenty of televisions to see the close-ups. Lots of room to move around and visit with a large group.

Highly recommend Vivint Smart home Arena!

Always great when the Jazz win
Oct 2019
Recently renovated, the Viv is a great place to catch a Jazz game or concert, since it boasts a TON of great local food options. Can't wait to come back!

Disney on Ice
Mar 2020 • Family
Vivint is a nice arena. We loved Disney on I've but definitely spent more money than planned. $18 for cotton candy with a plastic disney crown. $92 for 4 chick fil a meals. With souvenir Disney cups. But memories are priceless.

My first experience at a basketball game in the States. Even though the game was lost, my experience was epic. The Vivint Smarte home arena is a genuine experience!

Attended a Jazz game with family and friends in a Sky Box
Feb 2020 • Friends
Attended a Jazz game with family and friends. The sky boxes are high up in the arena and it got a little warm by the end of the game but the buffet dinner provided was very good and there was plenty of it. The seats actually had a very good view of the court. They were located at center court for the playing field. There were ample television screens available to view the game from a closer perspective or to watch reviews/highlights. There were Arena staff members available at all times during our 4 hours in the Box. This was a very good way to spend an evening with friends and/or family without breaking the bank.

The only reason they received a one is because I'm required to give the a one

After attending a Jazz game as a fan of another team I am surprised that someone would pour ice cream all over our seats while we were gone at halftime. If you are not a Jazz fan don't go to the restroom or eat at halftime since Jazz fans will destroy your seats and security doesn't care. For the second half we didn't have seats since our seats were soaked with Ice Cream from Jazz fans. To top it off, a relative recently purchased tickets online and was ripped off by Vivint/Ticketmaster. I was a Jazz fan but with how my people I know were treated and after being ripped off by Vivint I am no longer a Utah Jazz fan and will watch Jazz games elsewhere. I thought that the Jazz sold out when they allowed EnergySolutions to buy the naming rights to the Delta Center. Vivent is much worse than EnergySolutions. I will never be a Jazz fan again and will not recommend that anyone who isn't a Jazz fan come to the Vivent Arena to watch a game. Thank you Vivint and the Utah Jazz for embarrassing our state! In addition the restaurants at the Vivint Arena are overpriced!

Once in a lifetime trip
Dec 2019 • Friends
We visited SLC for the weekend and just happened to be there and able to take my 73 year old mom to a Utah Jazz game as well as a BYU game the next day. She had a great time. The facility was great, we could see well from the nose bleed section as well as the lower bowl. Some staff were not great with knowledge of the facility and we ended up walking around the ENTIRE building to find our section, but a little exercise never killed anyone!

Went to the see the Jazz play on a Saturday night. The arena was very clean. Food prices were reasonable as compared to arenas in other cities. Staff very helpful.

The only way to see the NBA within 500 miles
Nov 2019
The seats are tight and for some reason designed with cup-holders in the arm rests which makes them feel even tighter. Other than that I have no complaints. It is a professional sports arena, walkable to many hotels, with courteous staff. Perfectly clean and feels safe. There weren't any special or interesting things to buy to eat other than standard stadium fare. But I'll take any chance to see my team play!
