Always fun to walk around one of the best outdoor malls in the US. There are family friendly restaurants, great stores and an incredible outdoor kid friendly fountain to enjoy in the warm months. Great place to shop and walk!

Every time I come here it seems like it gets lonelier and lonelier. It's not a very welcoming atmosphere, and the staff seem unmotivated and sluggish. Also, it's hard to get around at the Gateway. The mall is so big and spread out that it gets tiring after walking shop to shop. Although I do like the store variety here,... More

I have to say that the City Creek Mall has taken over as the premier place to visit for the mall experience but the Gateway is till good and has a lot of great shops albeit losing some of the majors such as Apple etc. but it is easy to park (underground) and access is good for an outside mall.... This outside mall was a fun place to walk around. We were there at night time. We parked in metered spot, but at a certain time the meters are not in affect, so free parking! There were 2 levels of some interesting stores.

This is a great place to go when traveling with young children. It has a place where the kids can run through the water. And it's nice and open so you can walk around. Another thing they have is a children's museum we only stopped in but on Sunday's it's nice to go and check it out.

Enjoyed shopping here mostly high-end retail shops with a few recognizable chain stores. The atmosphere was pleasant and enjoyed the fountain. I would enjoy spending another afternoon here.

Something for Everyone at the Gateway! This is the favorite place for art festivals of all kinds. We went during the chalk-art festival. There were some empty store spaces, but the variety of shops that are there range from before birth and everything you need to help you with that time period - to stores that will help us as... This is an out door shopping center with theaters restaurants all types of shopping... Large fountains for the kids to cool off in summer. Plenty of parking underground validations at the stores.

Love the fact that it is outside. Although this is inconvenient in the winter months, I love the outdoor shopping atmosphere it provides during the summer months.
