The Palace is huge! The staff was great plenty of food options for almost 10,000 people at the Roots Tech conference. Stairs, escalators and elevators are available. There is currently construction on one side which has the bathrooms closed on that side, however plenty of other available.

This is one of the biggest Conference Centers I've ever seen. You can literally walk for 20 minutes getting from one end to the other. There are a variety of rooms and spaces for holding events. Also, as a vendor, it's a fantastic facility for keeping clients comfortable. Quite often, convention centers can either be a little chilly or a little hot and stuffy when the rooms filled with people, but the temperature here was very comfortable throughout the entire building, which is a very big deal to me. An overall great experience.

I have been here before to attend conventions and loved the place. This year however, there was some construction going on and they had the bathrooms closest to the dinner hall closed. It was a good 5 minute walk each way to get to the bathrooms from dinner.
