Played may 28. Greens were ok some bad areas but mostly fine, were a little slow but not terribly slow. Fairways were nice. The back has a few quirky holes. Price is usually very reasonable.

This course is in McRae, Georgia at a state park. (Not in Macon) The park has camping, cabins, a lodge, lake, swimming pool, and tennis courts. The course exceeded my expectations. It was in great shape and a good value.

This is absolutely a beautiful course. I have never played the course myself but my husband really enjoys playing there. I just love to ride along for the scenery. You should go and rent one of their cottages, eat lunch in their restaurant which is great....(wasn't real impressed with the dinner menu but the lunch buffet was great), and play... More
