We have enjoyed a fantastic day here with children ranging from 4 years to 12. There was lots of activities for them to do on the field. We went out on a tractor pulled ride around the farm to see the new calf's which was fun & sarah talked us through some of the workings of the farm. We had... More

The maize maze and activities were excellent within the field. we went on a beautiful day so all the better but you do pay extra for the car park and as we had travelled some distance we arrived bursting for the loo, parked in the car park closest to the maze, you can not use the 'bistro and garden centre'... We had great fun here with two eight year olds. The maze staff are really friendly and engage well with the kids. To be honest, I'm glad I dragged my husband along because I can get lost in a lift, let alone a maze. If you look for all the answers to questions, you should be entertained for an hour... More

When we first drove into the car park it wasn't really what I was expecting. It looked relatively sparse and I suppose I was expecting more. However once there we realised that there was more to do than just the maze. The maze itself was fantastic!!! My children throughly enjoyed the maze, playing on the go karts etc and sticking... We arrived at around 11am to a very warm welcome from Sarah who explained to everyone how to successfully complete the maize. We were with 14 children who have special needs, mainly Autism, and they all thoroughly enjoyed the day. Everything was well organised and every member of staff was extremely helpful. The maize was run in a safe and... More

We visited The Maize Maze on Sunday 14th August, just as a diversion from the normal Sunday lull, and greatly enjoyed it. The maze took approximately one hour to complete (after a fashion, we never did find the answer for Clue 4!) and our 6 year old had fun on the hay bales and pedal powered go-karts afterwards. Oh and... More

We visited the Maze after picking up a leaflet the previous day, having never heard of this venue. We were visiting the area, as usual, for two days and we were looking to visit a family attraction before heading home on our second day. We originally had planned on visiting York Maze, on our way back up north, but barked... More

Called this morning and spoke to a lady about prices for 2 disabled young adults. The lady asked what disability, and was told that the two gentleman had autism and would be accompanied by supporting staff. I was then told that "if they were going to start going mad and dropping to the floor ruining the plants I can't cope... More

We have been visiting annually since our children were small and hope to continue! It is such a wonderful, traditional, fun day out. The children love playing the games. The food is reasonably priced, the ice cream is delicious. We usually take a picnic to keep costs down but the entrance price is very reasonable, not sure why some think... More

Thank you for your lovely review. Glad you enjoyed our home-made burgers, made with meat reared on the farm. I have just been making more ice-cream as it has been very popular the last few days. We will look forward to seeing you again. More
