This company was recommended to us by Colonial House Motel in Kerikeri; we had a ball. We travelled by 4x4 truck which allowed us access to many areas not otherwise accessable, Robin was extremely knowledgeable & a brilliant host. Light lunch was provided; certainly one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had & would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering... More

The best thing to do in the North. The whole-day trip was amazing all the sights in the North can be seen. Definitely going to do this again the next time we're back.

We chose this trip as it was shorter and we are travelling with Miss 8 and Miss 6. The kids loved the sand dunes. We loved going to the Cape again.

Local family owned & operated, Harrisons Cape Runner gave us a great experience of the Far North. Simon the driver was excellent .. he drove us, entertained us, fed us, even sung to us, and launched us down a huge sand dune! And provided a great commentary with his vast knowledge of local history. The tour included not just the... More

What a fantastic experience this was. A must do for any kiwi, and a fantastic way to show off NZ to overseas visitors. Harrison's is a local business employing local people and they do a great job of the Cape trip. It is outstanding value for money, (particularly compared to other iconic NZ trips) and great for all ages. The... More

For $50 each you cannot have a better day out, the transport was a kiwi invention (Truck converted into a coach). Simon our driver was very informative, hilarious. Had plenty of stops along the way, surfing down the sand dunes was GREAT, lunch at the beach , visit to Cape Regina, stopped for ice cream(HUGE). Only one regret we could... More

This trip was recommended by the owners of our holiday let (Coastal Chalets) and is significantly cheaper than similar trips we considered. There are plenty of other reviews that tell the story of the day but suffice it to say we found that the length of stay at each location and the information provided was perfect. We can thoroughly recommend... More

really wonderful trip , met some lovely people on tour and the driver was absolutely hilarious and kept us entertained and informed. The day Friday 1st April didn't look too promising weather-wise but it didn't actually rain till late. We had the 4WD vehicle with a small group of 10 , going up 90 mile beach with the low tide... This is the most lovely tour to Cape Rianga and Ninety Mile Beach. Fantastic value for money. Very informative. Picnic lunch at stunning bay. Robin our driver extremely knowledgable and interesting and you could not help laughing at his jokes. A lovely day out and I felt so safe in 4 wheel drive and Robin's competency. Thank you
