One of the best theme parks in Goldcoast. Not that many rides for the 3 year old but definitely plenty rides for the teenagers!

5 of the main and most exciting rides were closed due to maintenance works in Dreamworld, and 3 of the larger slides in Whitewater. This is terrible management considering now close to Christmas it is. Not enough effort is made to inform people of ride...More

Should be no problem. When I went there all the passes were purchased in my name prior, then given to other family members as they arrived. Be sure to see Tiger Island and the options they offer there for a real treat !

Dreamworld Second Day (6 Replies)
Hi, when we went to Dreamworld 4 years ago, they had a deal where you could buy a pass to come back a second time for $10 (once you were inside). Can anyone tell me if that is still available? I can't seem to find it on the website. Cheers and have a good day.

I'm 99% sure that you still can but I couldnt find it on the website either. If you really do want have 2 days out there it might be the go to pay a bit more and get the 2 day/2 park experience. (World Pass) From the website: The World Pass lets you hop between Dreamworld & WhiteWater World as often as you like, over 2 days. Experience Dreamworld in the morning and cool off at WhiteWater World in the afternoon! The best theme parks in one great location! No driving between parks …...More

Park tickets - to buy online or not? (6 Replies)
Hi, am looking at buying the tickets for Dreamworld and Currumbin Wildlife online. Is that recommended or should I just buy it at the ticketing counter? Thanks!

Response frombeanb41|
Buying on line may offer you discounts that are not available at the gate and secondly if you have your prepaid tickets in your hand you go straight to the gate and dont have to waste time buying tickets. The only negative but again maybe a positive is you have no control over currency fluctuations after purchase if purchasing off shore. As a matter of interest I always buy such things on line prior to leaving NZ, principally to save time as I dont want to waste time in a long ticket queue

Dreamworld's Wildlife vs Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary (5 Replies)
We intend to purchase the Dreamworld 2-Day pass (only $30 more than a single day family pass) to spend a day at the rides and the next at Dreamworld's Australian Wildlife Experience. Should we forgo Wildlife at Dreamworld and go for the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary instead? Which is a better place? Are they comparable? Thanks!

Response fromCassnu|
Personally I think Currumbin is a better wildlife experience than the one at Dreamworld, it is larger than Dreamworld's. I guess the big draw card at Dreamworld is the Tigers, but they looked totally bored when we saw them and my girls just got upset that the were in such a small space.
