Our visit was just a few days before the horrific accident which occurred at one of the rides. Yes, my impression was that all rides appeared run down. However, if you leave out the rides, the park offers a nice day out with family, particularly those with young children. There is a very good restaurant Billabong, with great food, particularly desserts.... More

Our main reason for coming to dreamworld was for tiger island. Love white water world. You can park up by the wave pool and the kids can move between each park. Love that about this theme park. We took are own prepared food in with us and own water. No problems. Just remember to bring plastic knives and forks. We... More

Wonderful place to visit, with a family or without. It caters for all ages and all adventure levels. You will have to wait to get on some of the rides but that is to be expected.

Visited with 2 children age 7 and 10 in Jan 2017. My 10 year old loved the rides in both Dreamworld and water world. The staff were all very friendly. Wait times for rides were short. Facilities were clean. Lots of shade. Not much in the way of on street entertainment and only 2 tiger shows per day. We went... More

I visited Dreamworld with my boyfriend on holiday, excited to support them as they reopened their doors. We decided to ride a motorcycle roller coaster. Upon getting in line the line quite long so we asked the male attendant, if we could move to single riders line. He asked if we were willing to ride separately, and we said yes!... More

This attraction needs a face lift ASAP. We visited here during the second week of January 2017. Most of the rides were closed and looked like a haunted town.

The majority of the rides have now reopened, sadly there are still not many people visiting since the tragedy. There were no lines or waits for any rides, or food. The Tiger Island show was great , however with not many people there and empty streets it feels different . There is no atmosphere. It may change over time as... More

Very disappointed, nothing much had been updated in 30 years. A lot of shops were closed. The looney tunes attraction very outdated. We had completed the park in under two hours.

Despite some of the thrill rides being closed we had a great day at Dreamworld and Whitewater World. The lines were short, the longest we waited was 10 minutes. The kids rides had no one waiting each time we went to that section and the kids had a ball hopping on and off. The staff were friendly and helpful. The... More

Dreamworld remains a great place for a day out with the kids even with the recent issues. It was quieter than previous years but still lovely atmosphere and staff very friendly. New tiger area is fantastic, loved watching them jump into the water!
