Tarija tiene un gran yacimiento de fosiles de animales prehistoricos. Los hay en el museo junto a atracciones historicas, vestigios de pueblos. Es un Museo que vale la pena visitar y aprender. Se halla a menos de una cuadra de la plaza principal.

This is a small museum but very interesting. We where really thrilled to see all fossils. Amazing that so old material can be seen live. The entrance where free.

This museum is a true gem. The fossils of the region are incredible and the life size replicas super educational. The archaeological collection is well developed. Fun for all.

this museum is adorable. its just off the main plaza in an old building and they have amazing fossils, rather a surprising treat in the middle of the city. my kids love it
