I was in Maui this week and staying at the Marriott Wailea. The Wailea Tennis Club was close by so I took in a clinic, just excellent. They offer a 90 minute clinic each morning, Great way to keep the tennis game in order.

We paid $20 each to hit with our own equipment. My daughter decided at the last minute to come out onto the court as a total beginner. Halfway thru our 1 hour hitting session, one of the staff rudely interrupted us to make sure that we planned to pay another $20 for my daughter. I can't imagine a pro at... More

Ok, so we don't play tennis...but we wanted something different and fun to do with our teenage son. After some investigation, we found that the Wailea Tennis Club had a pickle ball court and rented equipment. We decided to try it and had a great time. We were allowed the court for as long as we wanted it and played... More

I've visited before but again had a great time at Wailea tennis club. I'm a 4-4.5 male player and took a couple of great lessons from Patrick in the heat. Such a great tennis facility in the heart of Wailea. The pro shop staff was also extremely helpful. I also took a clinic and had fun meeting other players.

As part of an sales incentive trip activity, I had the pleasure of having a private lesson with the Director of tennis, Patrik Ekstrand. The facilities are amazingly beautiful and I had my lesson on center court. Patrik asked about my playing level (4.5) and what I'd like to work on. We worked in some drills ( he got an... More

We visited this club on the advice of the staff at the Makena Resort as they had just recently closed their courts. The staff were very friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Kevin and Mike for making visiting tourists feel as much at home as the resident members. They hooked us up with terrific early morning clinics given by Cathy... More

I love tennis and wanted include playing at some point on our trip to Maui. Because I was the only one of our group that plays tennis I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to connect with anyone to play with. Special thanks to Michael and Pat in setting me up in a great clinic and following up with... More

My wife and I love tennis so we had to try and play while we were in Wailea. If you love tennis, you have to go to the Wailea Tennis club. 11 clean courts with filtered water available, tropical flowers around each one, and a well stocked pro shop with friendly people who will help you. Morgan and Patrick were... More

I recently returned from a trip to Maui and had the pleasure of playing at Wailea Tennis Club. What a beautiful place. I visited for a week and was able to take three of the morning clinics and played a couple of matches as well. The pro shop staff were very friendly (Thanks Ricky and Morgan) and the Pro's were... Beautiful setting, great courts, excellent pro shop, plenty of people to hit with and a terrific staff. Morgan and Ricky were terrific and always helpful in arranging matches. There is also a ball machine available just in case. If you are planning to be around for a while, it makes sense to purchase the membership rather than day by day... More
