Pretty beach with rocky shore on either end. Sand felt like powdered surged. Decent shady areas to escape intensity of the sun. Snorkeling was decent - saw humuhumu, moray eel, trumpetfish, others but sadly no turtles.

This beach is just down from the Elua Village condos where we stayed in Unit 2005. Beach access is near the main pool. really a delightful beach, perfect for families. There are some rocky areas on the north and south end where we saw many tropical fish as well as a turtle. Mid-beach area is sandy and great for sandcastles... More

The sand here is great, and there is almost no shells, no seaweed, and no debris. Walking on the beach is very pleasant, including in the water where in other beaches you are stepping on lots of plants, hard rocks, or who knows what. The water is a bit greenish, unlike the crystal clear water at Molokini. You can still... More

This beach is close to the Ulua condos and offers a reef that sometimes shows off with having turtles around (not our day though) :( however, we did get to see a variety of sea urchins and tropical fish from the colorful humuhumunukuapua’a (trigger fish) to a spotted sea snake. The area has a place to pull up and drop... More

We love to come to this beach because of the proximity to great snorkeling. The sand is clean and white, and it's rarely crowded.

Wailea Beach, just to the south, was a bit crowded. This one was quieter and very pleasant for walking the wet sand.

There is some great snorkeling to the south of the beach. We saw more turtles here then we did in any other locations on the island.

Very nice smaller beach fronting the Ulua condos. Good parking lot, you can drop your beach stuff off and then go park. Washrooms and showers, a naturalist on site to answer questions. We saw lots of of divers and people snorkeling near the edge of the beach. Not great for a beach walk as it is not very long. But... More

The beach was nice. The sand was nice. The snorkelling was fair today. Visibility was poor near the beach, but it was better 200 ft (approx) out where there were some coral. Some tropical fishes to see. We found that the beach seemed to cater to the guests/residents who live nearby. There was very little parking for a beach that... More
