My friend and I were here on business , but we took time to have a manicure pedicure. We have been spoiled for any other nail treatments in the future. The ladies we're all very kind and did a perfect job. If I never hear again I will be sure to make this a must stop.

I need to preface this by saying that I have not been there since February 2015, Our daughter and family live up the hill from The Spa Grande, and we go several times during the months that I am in town. We have been doing this since about 2009, so a total of about seven years of multiple visits. Traumatic... More

The Spa Grande is indeed "grand" but nowhere will you find any reading materials (like magazines) or hot tea. I've been to many 5 star spas around the world and most offer a nice selection of tea bags and certainly magazines to read while you're relaxing between spa treatments. I now understand (from every employee I encountered) that Hilton recently... More

Let me begin by saying that I am no spa/massage expert, in fact, I have only been to a spa maybe 3-4 times prior to this. That being said, I booked the romantic interlude for two for my wife and I on our honeymoon...and it was amazing. The first hour there, we were separated into the gender specific areas, each... We had a very pleasant experience. The spa staff was attentive, pleasant, and outgoing from booking through guiding us through the arrival and showing us around. We went early in the morning, so although the salt baths involved a little waiting to try all of them, the rest of the space was pretty open. I wouldn't recommend the "car wash"... More

Love this spa so much. They have the 7 mui island healing soaking pools as well as many other wonderful spa indulgences. It is best to go down an entire hour early for your treatment as you WILL want to make time for these most relaxing spa treatments. Beautiful change rooms and unbelievable service in this spa. It would be... More

Not sure where to start- I booked an 80 minute classic massage and couldn't wait for it to be over This place is packed like a cattle herd and that's exactly how you feel. This place is anything but relaxing- wide open, zero privacy, loud, no robe till 5 minutes before your treatment- there are only 4 chairs to sit... More

Whenever we visit Maui the women in our family visit this most beautiful spa. The decor is beyond imagination as well as the facilities which are available for you to use before your treatment. I always have a facial and come away feeling wonderful. The staff are welcoming and helpful but very professional. I cannot recommend it enough, so ladies... More

Did not think this would have been as rewarding as it was. It was absolutely incredible. I would recommend doing it early in your trip so you can start feeling relaxed right away. It was very cool!! Lots of different options to relax and soak. The different types of aroma therapy baths were so much fun. I thought the rainforest... More

This spa never disappoints me and I go every year except when they closed down in 2015 for construction. The moment you walk into the lobby and get whisked into the separate women's spa you feel an immediate sense of being pampered. The large hot tub is just a fraction of the other amenities offered such as the salt baths... More
