WE ARE CLOSED THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER. Souvenir / Gift Shop. Local Artisan offers creations in Bamboo, Driftwood and Sea glass. Hand painted and unique pieces of nature, wonderful for gifts, souvenirs, home decor or special events. Beautifully hand crafted Sea Glass Jewelry and one of kind tokens. Personalization is our specialty. Located in the heart of the small Shacks Beach community. 15 minutes from Rafael Hernandez Airport in Aguadilla. Walking distance from VillaTropical¸ Villa Montana, and the famous Blue Hole.

We stopped by today, 12/30/13, and there were gorgeous paintings on bamboo, just like the photo's. The necklaces were very unique and Lourdes was very helpful, customizing the pieces while we waited. She also gave us insight to local places to visit. Loved the place!

I really liked this place because the owner and artist does everything herself! Whenever I travel I like to get things that are locally made and unique, so when someone at the beach told me about this small store/workshop, I decided to check it out. I really liked the selection of jewelry, charms and the pieces of painted bamboo. I got a small bamboo ornament painted with colorful flowers and some wine charms with sea glass.
Addresses in this area aren't always clear and you can't really relay on gps....so just an FYI - the store is in the community by shacks beach....two blocks from the beach entrance and down that side street...you'll see signs. It's really not as confusing as it sounds.

Absolutely beautiful sea glass jewelry and bamboo art! Lourdes and her husband were so pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend stopping here to anyone looking for authentic, handmade Puerto Rican souvenirs. I love my new jewelry and so does the family!

This beautiful little workshop and display is worth a small detour to visit.
Lourdes is a fascinating and lovely lady whose work is amazing. We picked up a few souvenirs as they are different from anything else we found on the island and are very reasonably priced.
It can be tricky to find. Turn off the 466 at the sign for horse trails and then follow the little 'bamboo art' signs.

Lourdes has beautiful arrwork and is eager to provide anything that you may want to customize. She is priced right and wraps your purchase for easy travel. I have several of her pieces and they always remind me of how beautiful the island is. Worth the trip.

Awesome for gifts and souvenirs. Got a souvenir to remember our Honeymoon in Isabela P.R. also some gifts for my sister and family. Will come back here for sure. Lourdes is Very creative. And very nice.

Picked up some beautifully handmade sea glass jewelry for a very reasonable price. Lourdes, the artist, finds all her materials on the beach and transforms them into works of art. Wish I would have picked up more, but she only accepts check or cash.

Awesome place for sea glass jewelry at very reasonable prices. The bamboo art is very detailed and colorful, it captures the island's beautiful scenes and flowers.
A great place for souvenirs or gifts for friends and family back home. We go every year to get our dog sitter a gift and take back a little something for ourselves!

What a great find this was for getting beautiful local arts. Lourdes, the owner, makes everything by hand and customized the bamboo art, so we had truly unique gifts to give to our friends back in the states. Our 17 year old daughter loved the blue sea glass necklace and we bought out the stock of wine glass charms. We had fun talking with Lourdes about her art and the culture in this part of PR. THe prices are very reasonable. All in all, a great experience. We will visit her shop the next time we are in PR.

This is the perfect place to get a memorable souvenir from Puerto Rico. The sea glass jewelry is so unique and is handmade by the owner. I bought several necklaces and earrings...some as gifts and of course for myself too. Highly recommend!
