Charming piece of history, lovingly preserved. This is a gem of time long past and a window into a prosperous time in the history of Liverpool.

I am from the town of Liverpool and have gone to the Perkin's House as a kid and an adult and it never ceases to amaze me. It is clean, well kept, and the staff are eager to answer your questions. For a tidbit of information on the life and times of S. Perkin's, it's a must see. I haven't... More

A small but impactful museum with hologram ghosts throughout the house, and lots of information about how early Nova Scotians lived in Liverpool. A real treat.

The Interpreter really brought to life the life and times of the Perkins family. Although little in the Home was actual Perkins furniture the era was well represented. Take time to visit the Museum if you are in Liverpool, Nova Scotia. Also visit Queens Museum next door

The guide was dressed in period costume and gave good tour. Lots of stuff of the period in this home. Well set out with great information. Most enjoyable.

Liverpool was settled by New Englanders in the mid 1700's and the historic district still reflects this heritage. The owner of this old house kept a famous diary that makes for interesting reading.

We really enjoyed our stop at the Perkins House Museum. Only $4pp and it was a definite highlight. The tour guides are super informed and told us the function for numerous objects in this 1770s era home; it was like wandering through a Country Living magazine spread. There are "ghost" holograms that answer a series of pre-recorded questions. Admission gets... More

A must stop in Queens County, so much to see and enjoy. My first visit was as a child and haven't stopped. If you want to learn about our history stop in.
