In the heart of Zichron Yaakov the pedestrian mall is an experience that should not be missed. Each step is a leap back in history to the late 19th century. Original buildings now house stores, restaurants and bars while the story of the pioneers is...More
While strolling this pedestrian mall we needed to get out of the sun and take a break. Found a quiet little place called Gotcha that served light meals inside a fairly well air-conditioned eatery. The food was good, service fine, prices reasonable and relief from...More

Everything was great, nice shops, coffee shops, etc.
very beautiful old buildings, including old synagogues, of historical significant.
Enjoyable few hours, walking through this old town.

Certainly not dangerous. A very peaceful place. I don't know which restaurants would be Kosher for Passover. If you're visiting from outside the country you need to know that some restaurants will say that they're Kosher for Passover and open, but if you do not eat kitniot and it matters to you, you need to ask if they're Kosher for people who do not eat Kitniot.
