We stopped by the Natchez Visitors Center and were fortunate to talk with both Liz and Sarah. They helped us choose a group of mansions to tour while there. We love convenience and by being able to purchase all entries to these places we were able to have tickets in hand when we arrived at the mansions. They made some... More

Loved this little town with its historic homes. The tour was filled with stories about the former owners and civil war histories. Great place for quiet reconnecting with each other .

I was the leader of a group of sixteen senior adults from our church. We visited Natchez during the Pilgrimage Tours and everyone enjoyed touring the mansions and residential homes. Natchez is a very friendly town and lots to do.( LYNN ) at the natchez visiters center was so helpful to me in planning our trip. Our tour guide (PHEBE)... More

3 days and 14 homes, WOW! I was tired! The Natchez Garden Club presents this every year and does a rotation of 4 days, 6 homes per day. It is broken up into the morning tour 9:00-12:30, and the afternoon tour 1:30 - 5:00. It turned out that it really does take 1 hour per home to visit. You don't... More

We have toured many of the grand homes in Natchez. Each has it's own story and personality, some very elegant, some not so much, yet interesting.

Having first been exposed to Natchez Spring Pilgrimage in 2009 on a church tour, I was most excited to be able to return in 2016. A friend and I drove from Houston area, and took 4 of the special morning/afternoon tours in three days. Each tour is color coded and involves seeing 3 homes. Really a car is a must,... More

Thank you for your suggestions. I will make sure that our board get them. We have partnered with local schools in hopes of getting the younger generations involved with the preservation of Natchez history. I love your suggestions on getting the youth involved. We have seen an increase in the amount of visitors from all over that has taking an... More

We just returned from Natchez, MS - our trip consisted of seeing the Antebellum Mansions . These mansions will not disappoint , all are beautiful. The owners open up their homes during this one month celebration. The best part is the owners all dress in period costumes. Some of the homes are B& B, , with some open all year... More

If you plan to visit the antebellum homes in Natchez, don't forget about the special home tour in December, when you're allowed into private homes to benefit the Library. We loved it! All the owners were so gracious and so enthused about restoring their lovely old homes. Do see all the big beautiful homes that are open to the public... More

My best friend and I went to the Pilgrimage in Natchez. We had never been there before. It was amazing! The homes we visited on the tour were absolutely gorgeous! We learned so much about the area, the people that had lived in the homes, the different types of architecture, the history of the area, the Civil War Era, and... More

This is a great tour, especially in the Fall when it is less hot and humid, if you are interested in Antebellum home (architecture and period furnishings) and what commercial buildings looked like at the time. In addition to the home there are plenty of interesting places to visit and things to see that are along the tour path. Unless... More
