For the first time, we decided to go skiing and we had individual lessons with the instructor / teacher Juan. He was very professional, friendly and funny. We loved this experience! I recommend this school to everyone!

My children, 9 and 10, took a beginners ski course last week with this school. It started reasonably well, you could see they were prepared and organized, but all groups were pretty full, nine children in our case. When the groups are, or become, heterogeneous because of the diverse progress of children, they lack resources to react. Groups are full, and all instructors are busy, so there was no chance to move the kids to a higher level group. The instructor said he tried, but he could not manage. The result: the kids were bored and learn nothing from the second day. Actually, they were just following a line with younger kids, and the instructor did not pay much attention to their technique, giving no or little advice or correction. We had to take private lessons in a different school to save the week. We also rented the skis and boots from their associated shop, Monitor Techno, and we were not impressed. Unfriendly speedy service, they refused to store our stuff during the night, as advertised, so the kids struggled every day up and down from the hotel with their skis. Not recommended, there are many many alternatives with more personalised attention.
