Old town feel

Litton square has that old town feel in the middle of an affluent community. Have coffee at the Depot and stay around for to people watch.

San Gimignano? Orvieto? Just think of your favorite European village, and you'll find echoes of it in downtown Mill Valley.

Nice place to just sit and relax after walking around downtown Mill Valley. Always seems to have a little something going on. Clean and inviting. Good meeting place.

If you tire of walking around Mill Valley and need a break. Go sit on a bench in Lytton Square for a relaxing and entertaining break. Some summer nights offer live music and I have heard some great random artist who just want to play for a crowd. The Gravity car has been moved there for kids to play on.... More

A great place to hang out after hiking a double dipsea. The Depot always has something delicious to eat. Take in the downtown MV vibe.

Lytton Square, usually called Depot Square by locals, is the perfect place to meet friends for a coffee before a day of hiking, biking or shopping in Mill Valley. At the end of theday there is no better place to sit and plan where to go for dinner or a drink.

Lytton Square is Mill Valley; the Redwood trees, the Gravity Car from Mt. Tam, the sun shining; nearby shops and Peets Coffee just across the street.
