1st time seeing this cave

We had a great young man giving us a very descriptive tour of the Rushmore Cave. It was very interesting to hear about it.

Never ziplined and I'm afraid of heights. This was a memorable attraction. I'd prefer more than a lap belt to hold me in though. The cave was just ok. The staff there is wonderful; especially in the ticket/gift shop area.

We didn't want to do the cave experience but we did do the 7D games. They have 3 of them & we did all 3. You sit in a chair, put on your 3D/7D glasses, grab your gun, the operator tells you what to shoot & what not to shoot. Once it starts, it's as if you're in the movie... More

If you have never been to a cave this is a good place to start. This series of caves and tunnels is entertaining at about a 30 minute length. The crowds in August were small and we were able to get a lot of individual attention and detail. The girl who did our tour had a lot of information about... More

2 adults and 3 kids had a great time. Cave was interesting, Zipline was short but fun and 7d was fun but a little expensive. Best deal is get the package that includes it all.

The cave was great with lots of different formations, but the tour guide was bad. He went ahead of us into the cave without introducing himself and we had to walk fast to catch up to him. After we were already in the cave he asked if anyone was claustrophobic. That seems like something they should ask before you get... More

This attraction is set up to be very appealing! They not only have a cave that you can go on a tour through but also have a 7D shooting video game like attraction along with a zipline and soon there will be a roller coaster too! We did the zombie shooting one and wow that was life-like and so much... More

Nice to see Cave again. We were last here 12 years ago. They have since added a zip line that was a lot of fun. The 1 hour cave tour was really nice, and a great learning experience with a very good guide.

My family and I enjoyed our tour of the cave. The tour guide was also very informative and accommodating.

Rushmore Cave is a reasonably nice cave featuring some decent sized rooms and interesting formations. There is not an abundance of typical stalactites and stalagmites due to the topography of the ground above the cave and probably the unfortunate result of souvenir hunters in the early 20th century. Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided excellent information about the geology... More
