We took the little tourist train up from the harbour. Not much information about the history; we would have appreciated knowing more about it.

Visited the castle ruins. Didn't take us long to tour around but enjoyed the superb views from the top

Went with wife. Entrance is cheap but not many things to see. Also note that it is climby. Go if you have time in Denia. If not pass your way.

A good way to spend half a day, in the historic city and then the castle Great views and a small coffee shop too at the top Recommend for 3 hours or so

It's nice walk around. Historical. Lots of nice views. suitable for young kids. Entrance was surprisingly cheap. Inside the castle you can find small archeological museum.

We spent a lovely morning browsing this old castle, admiring the amazing views and lounging in heat before meandering down through the narrow Spanish streets towards beautiful restaurants/bars for well deserved glass of vino.

The castle is amazing and a great place of archaeological and cultural interest. Whether exploring around the old town or the castle itself all very interesting- lots of good tapas in the streets below. Castle open late for those needing the cooler air.

You can get the tourist train at the bottom of the main street, Marques de Campo. I would check it still goes there as there were issues with it.
