Tucked away on an unremarkable side street in the city centre this bar is well worth seeking out . With 3 of their beers on tap and others in bottles this was probably the best craft beer I have had in Spain. We tasted the Pilsner (which is more like an IPA) the wheat beer and the specialist pumpkin beer. All great quality and at almost too cheap a price - 3 euro for a pint ! It really is just about the beer so don't expect anything else - and you can take it away in presentation packs as well. Cheers !

Great to see this microbewery in Peniscola. It is run by a family and they were producing beer when we called in. The son told us he had recently come back from UK where he visited two beweries. It was lovely to speak to the producers and although our Spanish is poor, it wasn't a problem as the son's English was very good.

There is beer on tap inside, and small seating areas inside and out. You also can buy the beer in bottles to take away. We bought beers to take away - the artichoke beer for me, which was very enjoyable, and for my husband a pilsner type beer, which he said was excellent - all "cerveza artesana".

We will definitely be going there again.

We also noticed a Badum shop in the old town by the sea wall which sells beers, and Badum t-shirts and necklaces!

Badum has two shops in Peniscola, the one at the brewery and the one we went to on Calle Sol just behind the Maritime Museum in the old town (on Google Maps it appears as Marvillas). It's a shop and a bar that serves just their beer and a few tapas (which are only €1 with a beer). We tried the Pilsner, the wheat beer and the artichoke beer and all three were excellent. A great location as well overlooking the sea.

In Calle Maestro Roca in old town Peniscola, here you will find a special good beer; in the region of Peniscola are many artichoke fields, so I think this beer is artichoke beer; I don't try this beer, but I think it's a special beer and excellent.

Great choice of 4 - 5 craft beers brewed on site. Always a good atmosphere and full of locals. Nice Picos with the beer helped it go down well

To be fair its a nice little bar that does not attract too much attention and you certainly get something different; its great to celebrate the difference isn't it -lets not get globalised!

For us this place was more or less on the route from our hotel to the lovely old town & beach of Peñiscola. But if that wasn't the case, we would have definetely walked the extra mile to pay this place a visit! Really great craft beer, we've tried them all and for a very good price. The owners are brewing here so if you are lucky you can get a glimpse of the production process too.

We came here with our two small children and it was a really nice place, not far from the beach but not on the beach so the prices were very reasonable. We got some nachos and huevos rotos which were both delicious!

Nestled in the heart of the old town. A beautiful terrace overlooking the port and its south beach on one side and the castle on the other.
Superb location to enjoy a good craft beer including a pleasantly surprising artichoke beer.

This is where the craft beer is brewed, Lola a light pale ale, a wheet beer, and the artichoke beer! an incredable great tasting beer. you can also get some lovely tapas to go with your beer. A must stop place for those who love a great tasting beer. On draught and in bottles. Located directly behind the RH Don Carlos Hotel. They also have a bar located inside the castle walls near the museum, with tables outside to watch the people wander by.
