A wonderful renovated castle with much history, small, tiny and romantic streets, to stroll in the evening, when it's not so hot, nice to visit the fortress, the church, the castle of Benedicte XIII (Papa Luna); great place and super views, a must to visit.

Don't miss going in here if in old town of Peniscola. Most exhibits have translations in 3 languages. Amazing views from the upper battlements.

Breath taking views of two beaches neck to neck - you'll understand only when you see the incredible view from the room roof of the Castelle. Very touristic hotels.

Hi, you can visit the main hall where there are Templar artefacts to be seem. The place looked like a permanent feature. I suggest you allow at least three hours for the castle and two or so for the Artillery gardens. J
