Very fun way to see Frederick for the first time

This was an excellent food tour (and we've been on a couple in a number of cities). Jackie was really nice and very proud of Frederick which seemed like a really cool place.

Great way to spend some time with someone from the area, who knows History of the area. Also, to sample some food of different restaurants. Also, to give recommendations of the area. Highly recommend.

Ann was a tremendous tour guide, and we were fortunate enough to have her all to ourselves! The restaurants and stores we visited were well-chosen, and the arrangements at each location were seamless - we felt very special! Ann was able to give us as much historical info as we requested, and she had some really fascinating tidbits to share... More

A great way to get to know the City of Frederick and all it's history, restaurants, & shopping. Jackie was our tour guide & she was fantastic! She is very well versed in the history of a Frederick, it's restaurants & shopping venues. We've lived in Frederick County for 21 years & I learned so much about the City of... More

Frederick, MD is a mostly undiscovered treasure full of a variety of interesting shops, historic venues, antiquing, great restaurants and charm! Some of this is covered in a three hour walking tour called "TASTE OF FREDERICK". As a reminder, do not eat anything at least 2 hours before you embark on your tour as there are six venues that will... More

Went on this tour thanks to Annapolis Yacht Club member events and thoroughly enjoyed every step and every bite! Beginning with a tastes of lovely calzone at Pizza and Pretzel, local ice cream and soda pop at the Pop Shop, then beer and pizza at Firestones and walks in between to prepare us for wine, salad and BLTs at the... I heard about Taste of Frederick through Groupon and am so glad I bought tickets. It was an enjoyable time with great food and drink. The food was much more substantial than I had expected and I enjoyed the beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) very much. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable. Frederick is a quaint city with lots of shopping... More

What a great way to spend the last Saturday of summer! Our wonderful guide, Jackie, not only led us on a tour of 6 varied eateries in the central Market Street area, but gave us amazing insight into the history and architecture of Frederick as well. We sampled sandwiches, salad, fried green tomatoes, pizza, soda, beer, wine, chocolate and even... More

When my wife offered to take me on this walk, I said to myself what the heck at least we're spending time together walking. As a DC area native, I drive past and through Frederick frequently. But I had no idea how much it has changed over the years. Most of the crowds in downtown area are younger, not like... More
