Went on a history tour on a Friday night. We met at the Cemetery. I really enjoyed it. Good mix of stories/people about local Frederick history, Maryland history, Civil War, War of 1812, Revolutionary, and early settlers. Also great human interest stories, tragedies, and perseverance. learned the difference between a cemetery and a graveyard, and between a coffin and a casket.
I recommend going on the tour during the day, hard to see details at night

What a fun way to spend an evening in Frederick! Ron is a great guide and can weave some spooky stories. We took the ghost tour in August of 2021 and enjoyed it so much that we decided to take the cemetery tour in October. We frequently visit Frederick to shop. It was a nice change of pace to explore the downtown and learn more about the history from someone who knows it. Ron took us to a few stops I didn’t even know existed. As an added bonus, the ticket stubs could be used to save 10% at Brewer’s Alley. I’m looking forward to doing another tour in the near future with friends.

Really nice evening taking walking tour of Frederick. Our Ghost Guide was fun, playful and knowledgeable and easy to hear. Great group of people. Learned a lot. Questions encouraged. Wish it was longer. During pandemic - perfect for social distancing. We ate dinner before at restaurant area where streets were closed off and tables set outside. Super weather and worth the trip from Baltimore.

We did a tour on Friday night. The tour meets in front of Brewer’s Alley, which is really convenient because it was right by the parking garage. Our tour was supposed to start at 8:30, we arrived at about 8:15 and beat the tour guide there. I think the guide should arrive a little earlier since you do have to buy your tickets from them, you can’t prepay for your tickets with the company. Also, the tour guide takes cash only so if you’re paying with a card you have to walk down to a local shop which should have been noted in the email I was sent about reserving my spot. The tour guide was very entertaining, and everyone was able to hear him since he did wear a microphone. The walking pace is a little too fast, it was hard to keep up sometimes. The stories are a little long but well done. The only thing I really didn’t care for was the guide gives you no time after the stories to take photos. Every other ghost tour I’ve been on you had the opportunity (normally about 5 mins) to take photos of the spot you were in to try to catch any kind of orbs or paranormal activity. Instead on this tour you were encouraged to explore on your own after the tour.

We were looking for something fun to do for Halloween and decided on a Ghost Tour since we had never been on one before. After doing quite a bit of research, we found one close to home which had been in business long enough to actually be a real part of a community. Frederick has a lovely restored downtown area so we expected the walk to be interesting if nothing else. Before the tour we ate at Brewer's Alley (see review). We were met on the sidewalk outside Brewers Alley by a guide, with very interesting eyes, dressed in period clothing, lantern in hand, and qued up for tickets. It was the evening of our first snow here in MD and the drizzle was trying hard to turn to ice. He was fairly quick in sorting out the groups (there were at least 40 ppl in line) and we were off on our walking candlelight tour of ghostly Frederick. The stories were really cute and historically relevant. The walk was about 1.5 miles, but not a forced march by any means. We had enough stops that we got to really look at the architecture and surroundings. Our guide was very very well versed in local history and had answers for everyone's questions. He was pleasant and seemed to really have a joy for what he was doing which translated into a fun evening for us.

Even after the 'ghostly' holiday they run tours - it's a cheap and fun evening with exercise and the food was good before the tour - great evening with friends. I'd go again and take guests - definitely recommend this one.

We were on the tour this past Saturday. The tour is well worth the eleven dollars per person, theres even a coupon on the ticket for 10% off at Brewer's alley. Per the website's recommendation we made a reservation online. The tour had 5 stops and there was a story told at each one, it lasted about and hour maybe an hour and a half, it was a good way to get some steps in while being informed about history of the town. This is a great "Halloween" activity, and we had a great time.

This tour was great. Our tour guide was dressed in Civil War period clothes and made the tour so interesting with his amazing story telling skills. Our tour went through some rainy patches and he found us the driest places we could stand to stay dry but continue the tour. The stories were creepy and interesting. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Fredrick.

What a great way to spend the evening! Even as a local I had no idea of all the history and haunting a which make Frederick the "most haunted city in Maryland". This is a fantastic outing for a local or tourist. Scary stories that will stay with you. Ron was an amazing tour guide, what a story teller!!

Friday night tour in October was split into three groups due to crowd. $10 per person so it's a reasonable price. Our tour guide seemed to enjoy what she did but most of the stories seemed like internet chatter. Stories at each location went on too long. Tour was advertised for 730 but didn't start till 745 and ended at 920 instead of 900 so it affected other plans. Tour should be cut down some and stories more limited.
