Comes with an audio tour, informative. Church is nice to see, the gold work in the alters is fantastic. Small in size compared to a few others in Spain. No photos allowed

Basically two cathedrals combined with different architectural features . Not as spectacular as many cathedrals..... worth a walk through if you are In Plasencia but not a special trip . Audio guide is recommended as being informative. There is an entrance fee of about 8€

A singular cathedral, that are two diferents builds, an older first gothic cathedral with their claustry, and an unconclusive sixteen century late gothic cathedral. The tickets fee are 4 euros with audioguide.

Take your time strolling through the Catedral.....So much to see. What I don’t understand is, with an entrance fee of €8 p.p., what is fine, that ‘everywhere you are you are asked for donations.

I was a bit disappointed in having to pay 4 euro to enter the cathedral but soon realised that a visit was impossible without the aid of the commentary in English which was included in the entrance fee. The explanation of all the parts was...More
