We had an organised tour of the ham factory. It was in Spanish but our courier did all the necessary translation. Afterwards we watched a video with subtitles and tasted various ham, chorizo and cheese with a glass of wine. It was interesting to understand...More

Nothing too special, went on a Sunday, they had one employee that showed us around, but he didn't speak English. Bought some expensive Iberico ham, had much more fat then what we would get in the restaurants.

We called in to see if we could look round. We were the only visitors there. There was no tour available but we were allowed to wander around on our own! There are numbered signs on the walls explaining the process of producing the jamons...More
