Not a bad venue, but had some very inconvenient seating as far as being able to see the stage/comedian. The TVs stopped working which made is so we couldn’t watch at all. The TVs were poor quality anyways though when on so you couldn’t see any facial expressions or hand movements. The main comedian was good though and the seats were booth style which was cozy

I just left the comedy club in Hapeville. I had the worst server in the history of servers not to mention the crowd was gasping for breathes it was so HOT you couldn't even enjoy the show. I went a few months ago and everything was great, but this time it was God awful. DC Curry even had to tell the management staff there to let us out of that hot box. It was terrible. I felt like I was sitting in the pits of hell to hear jokes. Pitiful,, just pitiful

I noticed a lot of the reviews are from the old location in Atlanta, the new location in Hapeville near the airport is outstanding. Seating, food, drinks, location, parking and comedy show was great. I give it 5 stars for the experience, please ignore bad location reviews from 2016, this business is in a nice location in 2018.

I was in town celebrating my 50th birthday and a dear friend set up an awesome outing to the Uptown Comedy Cafe. It has recently moved from Downtown to Hapeville (Central Station Bldg) It wasn't a large crowd but there is plenty of room and parking. Also there's a lounge side which is separate from the comedy side. Good food, drinks, and entertainment. There is a 2 item minimum purchase per person which seems to be the norm for comedy clubs. I will visit again.
