The grounds are very nice. THE SECURITY STAFF IS FABULOUS! Of course food and drinks are STUPID EXPENSIVE! LIKE REALLY STUPID! $5 waters, $11.50 lime-a-ritas and $15-$20 for other adult drinks. Eat and get your buzz SOMEWHERE ELSE! You will be glad you did! I'm sure this is probably the norm for such venues but it is terrible!

Tesla, REO Speedwaon, and Def Leppard concert was sold out at Lakewood! Concert was awesome and the venue was packed. Food and drink lines were very long before the concert, as expected. Restroom lines were also long, but they moved along quickly. We took Marta from Lenox, so I can't speak to parking issues, but I know the free lot... More

My wife and I went to take in a Live Nation Rock Concert with my favorite band and her favorite band and this event had both bands....The Venue was Nice, our seats weren't the expensive ones or the Live Nation VIP type. Just your normal seats just outside the covered area. The seats were good, the venue was good as... More

Traffic is a nightmare, parking is worse. They frequently oversell the lawn seats. The area is vastly lacking nearby safe parking. Two lane roads near the venue cannot support the influx of traffic. I miss the days of most concerts that come to town being at the Omni that is serviced by rail with ample parking and lots of ways... More

Me and a friend went to a concert last night, and the traffic getting into the venue was horrendous. It took us about 40 minutes to go one block on Pryor Road, heading to the VIP parking lot. There is no signage telling you where the VIP parking lot is, until you're right at the gate. You are totally screwed... More

Attended a concert here and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful, acoustics were great. Plenty of dining choices. Recommend covered seats under the pavilion. Uber is a great way to get here but after the show walk up to the Chevron station on the corner for Uber pickup to avoid traffic backlog.

I've been going to shows at Lakewood since the early 90's. The acoustics have always been awesome. The sound is loud and crystal clear. First great show was Neil Young mid-90's. Saw the Cure 3 times - awesome sound. Rush - stellar. Saw Yes in the early 90's - again stellar. Last few years saw Kings of Leon, Arcade Fire,... More

After reading many reviews on this site, my anxiety was on high alert for sure. I purchased the VIP parking just in case, and it was worth $25. Finding the lot was easy as it's separated from the free parking. Getting into the actual lot sucked, as there was a green light and no green arrows to turn left. Plus... More

Good acoustics, cool venue, but leave yourself plenty of time to get in. I had to pick up my ticket from Will Call. The Will Call line ran about 30 minutes and then the line to get into the venue ran about 45 minutes.

Saw Hillsong United in concert on July 19, 2016. Lakewood offered great acoustics! The two large screens on either side of the stage enabled you to see perfectly/no need for binoculars. Highly recommend purchasing/pre-paying the $25.00 VIP parking when you purchase your tickets as this will save time and you park in front of the venue entrance. (When you enter... More
