The Beltline is an urban planning success as you'll see many people on it all the time. It has plenty of upscale housing, shopping, dining, and other parks along its many eclectic neighborhoods. You can park anywhere near it's path, but I prefer near Ponce...More

Great trail for so many uses - bike, roller blade, scooter, running, or even a leisurely walk. The weather was great for an after dinner stroll to view the art and all of the new developments under construction. The beauty of this trail is connecting...More

On our first night in Atlanta we saw the Eastside Beltline trail from above, when walking another trail. It looked more interesting, less close to traffic, and was filled with people walking, biking, etc. The next day we entered the trail near the Krog Street...More

Atlanta is a city so hostile to pedestrians that it makes sense local people would find this something "awesome" to get all excited about. But, really, it's just a sidewalk, literally a concrete sidewalk, which passes through some corporate-owned apartment complexes and features a couple...More

Nice way to get around the city on foot. There are lots of nice restaurants and brewery’s along the way.

I love the beltline and can't say enough wonderful things about it! I've run on it, I've walked on it, I've ridden my bike on it. The eastside trail connects Piedmont Park over past Krog Street in Inman Park and it's such a great way...More

I wasn't that impressed with it. Those on bicycles were everywhere and I felt very unsafe and I am 6' 230 lbs. Felt like I needed a review mirror and a blinker. Seeing all the dogs was great and you get to see a lot...More

If you are looking to do a 2 to 3 hour roundtrip walk and you walk fast it would be. Walking the park could be one hour by itself.
