    Great views!
Visited on a Saturday afternoon in January around 4:30 & waited less than 10 minutes to board. Ride lasts between 7-12 minutes rotating 2-3 times completely. It was very windy the day of our ride but the gondolas were steady with minimal rocking motion even though we could hear the wind howling. Cost was $13.99 for adults 12 & up & $12.50 for kids 3-11. Kids under 3 were free. Typical Skyview experience.

Average Ferris Wheel Experience Too Short
We actually booked this with a Groupon for the family it cost around $40.00 for 4 which is about the correct price for the experience. Any more and I would be pretty unhappy as it was super short. The skyview goes around about 4 times and has a very nice view of centennial park. However there is a lot of construction going on right now so a lot of the views are obstructed. The car itself was hot not sure if the a/c was broken but it was kind of uncomfortable. Having done a couple of other Ferris wheels like the one in Las Vegas and one in Santa Monica id have to say we were a bit disappointed. If you have no other choice its a unique experience to kill 10 or so minutes.

Relaxing way to view the city
You can get a nice view of the city. It's in the downtown area so on weekends it can be very crowded. I did see them sanitized the areas before we got on to board. You go around four times which takes about 15 minutes. They take pictures before you go on but they are kind of expensive. Parking can be a little bit difficult be ready to pay around 15 to $20

Dropping this rating to make customers aware that there are risks with Skyview's bookings. We were preempted from a ride due to local weather (the ride is required to shut down). Attempts to contact the company for a refund met a dead end (voice mail) and unanswered Messenger msgs. There is no customer service. We tried to wait out the weather with no luck. Total loss of $100+.

Recommend not purchasing online ticket until you are onsite and verify it is operating with no inclement weather nearby.

Do you enjoy wasting money and feeling like you are an inconvenience? Then this is the place to go! $15 will buy you a nasty look from the cashier, straight to an uninterested camera guy, and finally the loader who put as much effort into a smile as you would expect from someone who hates his job. After doing research we found that the cars are climate controlled, which on a chilly January night would be great to check it out. When they say climate controlled what they mean is air conditioning, great for the summer, horrible for the winter. There is an intercom, which you would think could maybe play some music, or some sort of entertainment. Nope the ride was in silence, so I brought out my phone to play a song on Spotify. We were the last to get on for the night, probably the reason we received such a warm welcome, but I was surprised when they didn't even stop at the top for a picturesque moment. Nope, no stops, and apparently when it gets late, most of the lights are off in the city anyways. I started to enjoy myself, feeling the motion of the Ferris wheel, and listening to some cool music, when they stopped us at the bottom. We paid 15$ for three trips around the wheel, not even enough time to take a selfie or to finish the song. This was something I was really looking forward to, and now I'm left feeling completely ripped off. I want my money back, but since that is most likely not going to happen, I'm just leaving you an honest review in the hopes that you the reader don't make the same mistake that I did.

We wanted to stay in Atlanta to let our 6 year old daughter see a big city. She of course wanted to ride the big Ferris wheel as soon as she laid eyes on it. We were greeted and bought our tickets and stepped around to get in line where normally your picture would have been taken, but the gentleman informed us the “camera was broken.” Oddly enough the next group behind us had their picture taken, along with several others to follow. We then begin to notice that the camera was only broken for people that where of the white race. We then got into the passenger car for our ride on the Ferris wheel. The smell of marijuana was so strong in the car that you could have gotten a contact high, which triggered our daughter to start coughing and asking what the smell was. The view was nice but overall this area is not a family friendly experience at night, and it seemed that racism was in the reverse of what everyone portrays it to be at the big sky Atlanta!

It goes by pretty fast but you get nice views of the city I definitely suggest doing it during the day instead of at night because you see more of the city. Today was their anniversary so we were able to ride for free. The pictures they take of you are pretty expensive so make sure you take a lot of pictures while you're in the tram.

The ride itself was fun. My grandaughter (12 yrs old) was a little frightened at first but she quickly settled down and enjoyed the ride. It made four full circular loops around, moving slowly. You had plenty of opportunity to look outside and take photos.

Yes, just like a cruise ship, they have someone taking staged photos of you. And even though they were expensive ($40 for a pack that includes 3 8x10 and several smaller 4x6 (or 5x7), it was worth having a nice memory of our visit.

It's a ferris wheel and that's pretty much it. There isn't much to see from the wheel besides looking straight into a number of apartments. At prices of $15 for adults and $10 for kids it isn't very expensive but with a family of four you still drop $54. We did as we were in Atlanta but won't do it again

I thought the pods would be bigger but they only fit 4 people, luckily when you're a couple they allow you to have the pod to yourself. We went around 8pm so the city lights were beautiful and the Olympic Path lights were easy to see. I almost would have liked to ride it closer to daylight to see the park more clearly but it was still a great experience!

Underwhelming all around. Even using the $40 Groupon (you have to pay the tax on site) doesn’t make this a good deal. Ride is 13 minutes long, view is not all that impressive. Feels like a rip-off. Location (especially at night) is not the best in terms family friendly environment…there does seem to be a lot marijuana use around Centennial Park these days.

This was a fun surprise. Visiting Atlanta and went o Olympic Park and saw this Sky View. Very few people in line. Costs was $15/pp and it went around 4 times and stops the first couple times at the top for pictures and view looking.

Good service, smooth ride,. Prof pics of you taken. Highly recommend it.

Not a must do. We are new to the city so we got the Groupon deal. Glad we didn’t go all the way there just for this one attraction. As far as parking, a lot of lots tried to charge $20-30. It was a Sunday and a cheer comp event was taking place. We were happy to find $12 parking behind Margaritaville. It’s off Marietta/Ted Turner. In between Ted Turner & Cone st.
