You can get a nice view of the city. It's in the downtown area so on weekends it can be very crowded. I did see them sanitized the areas before we got on to board. You go around four times which takes about 15 minutes. They take pictures before you go on but they are kind of expensive. Parking can be a little bit difficult be ready to pay around 15 to $20

Awesome and un-nerving! Two words I think explain this attraction. We were told that this ferris wheel of enclosed glass gondolas (climate controlled) is 20 stories tall. I totally believe it and it gives one GREAT view of Atlanta and the Olympic Park when they hosted the 100th anniversary of the modern Olympics in 1996. The price is a bit high I think for the short seven to ten minutes since part of the time we were stopped while others loaded. I will say though being stopped at or near the top did give us a chance to view the city skyline. The first time or two around going up and down will make your stomach a bit un-easy and knees weak, however once you get thru those first few times it is a great ride and worth doing! One of the top things you need to put on your "to do" list if in downtown Atlanta.

Located adjacent to Centennial Olympic Park near all of the downtown attractions. The Skyview is a large ferris wheel offering great views of the area. I went during the day -- no lines for boarding. It was $12.50 for seniors for about 4 rotations. Much cheaper than London Eye!!!

We enjoyed our visit to Skyview. The views are good, but there are many other ways to get a good view of Atlanta. If you have plenty of time, I would add it to your trip. If you're short on time, it's not a "must do." There was no crowd when we were there, so it was worth our investment of time.
