We did a business offsite scavenger hunt with Celeste at the High Museum of Art. It is highly recommended. We had a group of 14 people and split into 3 teams. The feedback was 100% positive with the team loving something on their feet and different than a sit-down dinner. It was also a great way to see the museum. There are also lots of great restaurants nearby to combine with a lunch / dinner.

Celeste and her team were amazing from start to finish. Our group of 150 people wanted to add some customized missions to our hunt and she was wonderful in helping us figure that all out. Everyone had an awesome time exploring the Peachtree area. The app/photos/answers worked flawlessly. Thank you Celeste!

We had a blast. Celeste was an awesome tour guide. Even though our team lost, it was so much fun exploring the city and still learning while being lost. Would definitely go it again. It was a great activity for our bachelorette trip!

We used Scavenger Hunt Atlanta for our first outdoor team building event post covid and we loved it!.
Decided to do our scavenger hunt in the downtown Roswell area. The location and scavenger hunt locations/challenges were well thought out and very entertaining!
We will definitely use again in the future for our corporate events.

I booked a scavenger hunt for our Finance Department. Celeste was our leader - she organized the whole thing. The instructions were easy to follow, and the activities were creative and fun. I highly recommend Celeste and the scavenger hunt! It was a blast!

In doing research for birthday options, I came across this particular company and inquired about their services, prices and details (which are not posted on their website). Here are my qualms:
1. Customer service does not respond in a timely matter, or at all.
2. Customer service definitely not professional, bad communication and does not answer you questions, just pushes their services.
3. Website does not disclose all prices appropriately especially for private parties i.e. "you must put down a 50% deposit of your total invoice" however, it is an arbitrary number that they just quote you over the phone.
4. Groupon and company website is very misleading because it advertises a discount for the Marta MadDash, which is only for the public dash--a set event. Not for private parties. Research before you buy.
5. Groupon's Private parties coupons are priced for a group of 25 people, so if you have less than that, you may want to reconsider the cost.
My intentions are to post accurate data as I muddled through this frustrating process. Feel free to do your own research and good luck getting a hold of them.

I do remember communicating with you via phone four times that day about Scavenger Hunt Atlanta’s Groupon offer for The MARTA Mad-Dash. I remember this phone call well, as it was one that did not end with an equal understanding between us and remains the only negative feedback I’ve ever received in two years of growing Scavenger Hunt Atlanta.
I originally planned not to respond to your review, not out of disrespect, my intent was to allow my overwhelmingly positive, 5-star reviews to speak for themselves. However, a recently satisfied hunter inquired about your review upon visiting TripAdvisor, and wondered why your experience was so shockingly different from the other reviews. I informed her, first and foremost, that you were never an actual customer…meaning you have never enjoyed the pleasure and fun of experiencing an adventure held by Scavenger Hunt Atlanta. The rest of the reviews, posted by actual customers, are a more accurate representation of our work; hence their high ratings.
I’d like to take this opportunity to personally address each of your listed issues:
1. I’m not certain if you recall but we spoke with each other four times that day, three of which were extensive conversations about our MARTA Mad-Dash event.
2. Each time you called Scavenger Hunt Atlanta, I answered in my usual friendly, professional manner. I responded to all of your questions in detail. It seemed as though you weren’t satisfied with the all the answers given. You wanted to attend our next public scavenger hunt, but the date conflicted with your schedule. As I explained to you that day, we cannot reschedule our open public adventures to fit individual participant’s schedules. Therefore I suggested that you schedule a private hunt. I’m sorry that you felt as though I was attempting to ‘push’ my services on you. The particular service that I was attempting to ‘push’ on you was for the purpose of solving your scheduling problem.
3. The reason the prices for our private events are not listed on our website is because we are a custom adventure company. All of our adventures are uniquely created for each customer requiring different needs. Our customers have scheduled events as small as birthday hunts in malls, to large corporate teambuilding events in the forest. Naturally, the price to execute different adventures fluctuates depending on the type and length of adventure, location, group size, materials, and staffing needed. No two adventures are exactly alike and the prices vary accordingly. It would be impossible to list all the prices for the individual variations of the many types adventures we create. We do ask for a 50% deposit to secure the date of your hunt. A deposit is a standard practice when booking any event. With all the scouting, research and material gathering we have to do long before the day of the event we feel a deposit is an acceptable request. Our prices are extremely reasonable and we’ve never had an issue or complaint with our deposit policy until now.
4. The Groupon you are referring to was for an open, public MARTA Mad-Dash being held on a particular date. Nowhere on our website or on Groupon was this event ever advertised as a discount for our private parties, it was for that specific event. During our multiple conversations, I believe you were confused when I explained to you that if you wished to have a MARTA Mad-Dash event on a different date it would have to be as a private event. For which that particular Groupon was not applicable, as it was for a single-day public event.
5. The other Groupon deal you are referring to was for a private City Scavenger Hunt, not a MARTA Mad-Dash. That deal was $125 for up to 25 people, which was a great value for a custom scavenger hunt. Even if you had purchased that Groupon for your party of eight, it would have only been $15.63 per person, still a great value. It is unfortunate that you didn’t take advantage of that fantastic offer.
I can understand your desire to share your feelings about your interaction with my company, that is one of the many wonders of the Internet and I’m glad we all have these forums to express ourselves. I wish your feelings were more positive, but I understand that may not always be the case. I would like to invite you and a guest to come out and actually experience one of our events, free of charge. This way you will realize how we earned all of those 5 star reviews, and hopefully change your perspective of Scavenger Hunt Atlanta.

I will be honest, I was a little leery of this after reading the reviews. I was afraid that this was going to be geared towards children. We did the Oakland Cemetery hunt last Sunday and had a blast! There was a wide age range there - families, older folks, twentysomethings, thirtysomethings, etc...
We have done a variety of race/scavenger hunts in Atlanta and this is by far the best deal out there! The owner is really nice and we enjoyed talking to her over dinner. (Which was included!)
If you want to support a local business and have a great time doing it, I suggest going on a hunt.
I can't wait to try the MARTA mad dash!

We recently used this company to plan our daughter's 9th birthday party. Since my daughter considers herself a "fashionista," we planned a mall scavenger hunt. Celeste did a wonderful job planning it out and really customized it to fit my daughter's tastes. My daughter loved, loved, loved the personalized app that she provided. She couldn't get over the fact that she had her own personal app on my phone. It was great for tracking the pictures and scoring too. She even made sure that I had a clean, crisp copy of the scavenger hunt items booklet, which she personalized with my daughter's picture, date, and the title of her hunt. It has been a couple of weeks since her party, and her friends are still talking about how much fun they had and that my daughter had the best party ever. I can honestly say that this was hands down the most fun party that she has ever had! All of the kids (and the adults) had a great time!

Scavenger Hunt Atlanta did a wonderful job on our daughter's 11th birthday party. Our scavenger hunt was done in a public park. They created an adventure that was well thought out and planned well in advance of the party. The hunt items were things from nature in the park that used creativity and the natural resources of the setting. There were crafts and items to hunt and pictures along the way so I didn't have to worry about not having pictures from each group. The checklist she used was thorough and well planned out so the kids had to think, but not above their level. They were able to easily navigate their way through the tasks, but had to use so creativity and put a bit of thought into some of the tasks making them even more fun. The kids had a great time at the party and loved all of the great adventures they got to go on. I highly recommend Celeste and her company for any event and definitely plan to use her again.

Our team did the Midtown Atlanta scavenger hunt, and it was a ton of fun. This has been one of our favorite team building activities. Pricing was great and, the hunt was easy to get started, with the right mix of easy to harder challenges. We have a competitive team, so we were all really into it. I'd definitely recommend it.
