We had tea with tea party food. The room is really kind of ugly with this big flowery wallpaper. The food was ok; small sandwiches and other finger food. Not impressed.

There is something new to discover every time I visit. I've been here in both summer and winter, both seasons are beautiful. The farm is fun and educational if you have children, they do a great job here of letting you be self guided but...More

For us Brits it was an easy walk from our Buckhead hotel. The house is fascinating with friendly and knowledgable staff. The gardens are lovely with some fascinating aspects. The museum is also certainly worth a visit with the Civil War being a 'must see'.

We're visiting Savannah/Atlanta this summer, and are interested in the beautiful homes there. I'm wondering whether it is better to see them each separately, or to do one of the package home tours that includes multiple properties? Thanks!
