What an amazing experience! I wanted to surprise my wife with a tour for our anniversary, and everyone at Prestige was kind and helpful. The office staff helped me pick a time and day that would give us a great view and calmed my nerves about the weather. Our awesome pilot Ciara was very professional and friendly and gave us a very smooth ride. I tend to get motion sick in a car or airplane, but I had no issues at all during our flight; we both had huge smiles on our faces the entire time. The views were incredible, and we’ll never forget it!

Growing up in and around Atlanta, one of the things I’ve always wanted to do was ride in a copter around the A. I moved to NC 6 yrs ago and came back to visit. Instead of the normal centennial park, BELTLINE, Braves game, Stone Mtn,…. I decided this would be the thing to do.

The flight I chose was the Buckhead and Downtown flight. Flight left out of Dekalb airport and buzzed around the King and Queen buildings and then down I-75. Crossing over the governor’s mansion, over to Atlantic station, Mercedes Benz, Turner Field and then back up 85.

As a Braves fan and growing up on the Georgia Tech campus, seeing both Fulton Co. and Bobby Dodd made the trip complete.

Mike, our pilot, was very knowledgeable and shared some facts I did and didn’t know about Atlanta.

Very cool perspective of one of my favorite cities of all time!

Really super day. Took the trip to Atlanta and Buckhead. Matt is an excellent pilot. He pointed out all the special attractions in Atlanta and Buckhead. Don't use Groupon it's a hassle. Prestige will honor the same rate. Going to do it again, but a night flight to Stone Mountain around the holidays.

I scheduled a 1hour tour from 6pm-7pm for my daughter's sweet 16. My group had a tight schedule with the party bus, and dinner reservations. When we arrived, we were told that the pilot was late and she assumed we would board at 6:30pm. We waited over an hour to get on the flight, which was after 7pm. We had to beg the restaurant to accommodate our large party at a later time even though the were at capacity. We also had to pay for an extra hour for the party bus, because our 7:30 dinner couldn't be seated until 9:30. Prestige did not notify us of any delay, and when I called at 6:40pm, one of their employees told me she would check and call me back. I never received a callback. Russell from Prestige thought a complimentary $80 video was a good solution, along with a long list of excuses. Will never use them again. Helicopter tour was nice though. But that was compliments of the pilot.

Helicopter tours can be expensive, so it's important to plan them out thoroughly.

Unfortunately, even after multiple phone calls to coordinate, Prestige failed to fully execute our charter. It adds up to about 30 minutes of paid flight time that we didn't receive. Had we not spoken up in flight, it likely would have been an hour missed between two helicopters.

I don't think it was on purpose and they've offered a discount on a future ride.

My wife and I took the trip over Buckhead and The King and Queen. I really loved it. Amazing what you can see at 500 ft. The ride was smooth and relaxing. Our pilot pointed out several landmarks which really does look different from the air. Only problem was it didn't last long enough. We will do this again, but we will choose a longer package and go north of the city.

Booking agent on the phone was rude / annoyed. We paid for the Lake Lanier Christmas Lights Tour, $195 per person, but we received the $175 flight around Atlanta. By the time we figured out were weren't going to Lake Lanier, it was too late. I should have recognized by the booking phone call (kids screaming, annoyed booking agent) that thngs weren't as professional as they could be. I have flown thousands of hours in helicopters, so this tour was booked to enjoy Christmas lights with my wife. It was OK, just not what we paid for due to lack of communication from booking agent to the pilot. We were early, they were late, but the pilot was great, did a good job, we gave him a big tip. Potential for a great time, but for the price, good service is expected.

I booked this flight for our anniversary as a surprise for my husband. They called 2 hours before flight and change flight time from 4:30 to 5:00 by leaving a message with no regards to my schedule, then at 5:10 nobody was there for our flight so I called and they told me they would check with the pilot and call me back...No return call so I called again at 5:25 and the lady abruptly said the pilot should be there WELL at 5:40 she showed up and mind you its almost dark and I paid for a sunset tour. She gets there and said we have another delay we have to get fuel. So finally about 5:50 we take off...to dark to see Stone Mountain, beautiful tour of Atlanta in the dark and as for seeing the mansions in Buckhead it didn't happen because it was dark. After numerous calls and emails to the owner No One has gotten back with me.

I paid for a sunset tour and that's what I would have liked and expected

My fiance and I had an incredible flight with Prestige Helicopters. Our pilot Scott was very friendly and informative as we flew over various parts of the city. And we chose to fly at sunset so the city just kept getting prettier. By the end of the flight, my fiance was my WIFE! thats right, I PROPOSED! It was a very special experience. Also, I recommend getting the souvenir video. it's worth the $80
