We are a competition BBQ team and have taught hundreds of students how to prepare authentic Southern BBQ using our simplified cooking techniques. Besides providing solid instruction, we designed our class to be a fun, hands-on experience where students spend the day cooking over 200 lb. of BBQ shoulder-to-shoulder with us award winning pros.

This is an excellent, fun, and intensive all-day BBQ class run by a team of true experts. You will get top notch instruction with live video in the classroom, and this will immediately be followed by all of the students trying the techniques outside with their team. The instructors are patient and very well-informed. You get to taste the food you prepare, and it will be outstanding! We worked on chicken, brisket, ribs, and pork loin.

An entire day learning about the processes, tips and tricks to smoking great food from the pros. One of the only truly hands-on classes I have found taught by BBQ competition winners! Amazing!!!

We had a great time at the class and were able to prepare and eat Butts, Beef spare Ribs, Chicken, Brisket, Burnt ends, make sauces, rubs and SO MUCH MORE! I have never tasted chicken and ribs so tasty and juicy! These guys are smokin' hot!
Met some very nice people and our team even won the unique sauce creation award! Great Job Nadia!
