First class performances at a very nice facility. They present a wide range of classical music including interesting collaborations such as with Cherish the Ladies. We especially enjoy the Thursday night pre-concert lectures. Not just stuffy classical concerts! Food and drinks, including alcohol available. Woodruff...More

I've attended many events here, and it has been wonderful every time. From symphonies to comedy shows, the acoustics are good and there really aren't any "bad" seats.

Went to hear the Atlanta symphony last night. The principal guest conductor, Donald Runnicles, and pianist were fantastic with the performance of Beethoven 's Concert to for piano and orchestra #r in G major, Opus 58 and Mahler's symphony #1 in D major.

We went to see the "Snap Judgment" show. I definitely recommend parking in the Woodruff deck, with the entrance behind Woodruff Arts Center--even though the charge is $15, which seems outrageous. Look out for the elevators. There is a separate elevator that brings you up...More

We went to see legendary guitarist Pat Metheny. The hall is lovely. However, we were astounded by all the patrons who would get up during the concert to go get an alcoholic beverage. Our seat mates arrived an hour and a half after the show...More

Not sure of your price point but we stay at the Four Seasons and just walk - we pass 4-5 restaurants on the way so eat around 5pm then walk 5-6 minutes to the symphony ... Tip? Get there 15 min early - they have a full bar... More
