Overall excellent service.
We had a group of 4 adults and 4 kids with a ton of luggage. The driver, Lucille, arrived a little ahead of schedule, which I liked. The van was spotless and the driver was friendly and knew the traffic patterns. This was a two stop pickup, butWe arrived at the terminal right on time. Three weeks later we were picked up at the airport by Lucille (by request) and had the same excelleny level of service.
Dart tracked our flights and kept us fully informed every step of the way.
As far as the cost, totally worth it when parking for two cars for that length of time, even off-site, not to mention the stress and coordination involved.
Highly recommended.

I travel extensively hosting and announcing events, so I'm in and out of hotels, shuttle services, etc. routinely and I must say that during my stay in Atlanta, Georgia over the Martin Luther King weekend that Dart Transportation is absolutely the BEST shuttle service I have ever experienced. My transportation each morning and evening (during multiple days) was always exactly on time and featured a designated contact person that met me each time to insure that I knew exactly where to go and how to board the shuttle. Their shuttles appeared to be basically new and were extremely clean vehicles and they honestly had the friendlest and most accommodating & helpful drivers that I have ever experienced. Dart Transportation is truly the best service I have ever used and I highly recommend them!

Dart was recommended to me and now I'm passing on the recommendation to anybody reading this... use them! They helped me transport attendees for a work event and Mary was so professional and quick to get us set up. On the day-of the event, our driver Michael was punctual, always in communication with me and the shuttle was very clean — ask for him for your event! Thanks again Dart for helping relieve some of the stress events can bring :)

The shuttle would not wait for us when we arrived 2 minutes before departure time and just needed to load luggage. They claimed they leave every hour on the hour. We needed to make other transportations arrangements because we could not wait for the next shuttle.
On another trip this same month, we waited one hour 10 minutes for the next shuttle after we missed the first one because it had to leave on the hour. When it was 10 minutes after the hour when we should have left I asked why we hadn't boarded yet. They told me they were waiting for a passenger to get her luggage from baggage claim. We waited for her, then walked to the shuttle around 6:13 and left around 6:20. Apparently the same rules don't apply to everyone.
I do not recommend and would never use this company again, especially for a group.

We (Group of Moms and Children) recently went to the Imagine Dragons concert and were picked up by Michael and Marie. It was great not to have to worry how to get there, where to park and afterwards how to get home. Door to door service with little to walk. Would recommend this company. Michael and Marie took good care of us, even had some snacks for the children. Marie even got us further upfront in the concert!!!

Dart Transportation is THE BEST! From the moment we booked our reservation for 8, I knew we had made the right choice for our group, which included 4 children! We never had to worry about our driver's timeliness nor her expertise with the traffic flow. She was friendly (even at 5:00am), calmed our anxiety, and showed a genuine interest in our concerns, and provided helpful terminal information.
Our pick-up upon our return to the airport was also flawless...she was there waiting for us! All future travel for us will definitely include Dart Transportation!

We had a large group of 13 kids and 20 parents needing transportation to and from different locations. Dart was super helpful and easy to use. The driver was excellent, knowledgeable about the area and easy to contact for scheduling pickup times. Would use them again without hesitation.

So shady!!! I reserved online because they were “too busy” to take phone reservations. I mistakenly pushed the wrong date and realized the mistake I made immediately when I got the confirmation. I called, texted (twice) , emailed and after my third try getting ahold of them they said they could not accommodate me but charged me since I was within the 24 hour cancellation policy. I totally understand if I had made the reservation days before but I made the reservation and within minutes realized my mistake.

We hired Dart for our friend’s birthday to take us in style to a concert venue. The entire experience from start to finish was a breeze and an absolute delight! So incredibly satisfied. The team handling the details of the booking were quick and efficient, and our driver Rob was excellent: punctual, professional, and polite (alliteration is fun!). The rate was more than fair and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. I highly highly recommend. Very happy customers!!

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Mary and her team are! Mary coordinated transportation for about 200 of our judges and staff for CHEERSPORT Nationals last week in Atlanta. The amount of changes that our team had leading up to the event was truly insane, but Mary handled them all with ease and wonderful communication. This is such an important part of what we do as the Dart team is the first experience our guests have on behalf of CHEERSPORT.
Dart also provided staffing for us at the event and knocked it out of the park. They were always early for their shift, polite, delightful, and completed their tasks with ease. Mary also handled some last minute VIP transfers for us. She always made sure we were taken care of. As a meeting planner, Mary made my life so much easier and she is truly a joy to work with. She feels like a true partner for us and like she is on our team! Cannot recommend her & Dart enough!
