The city of Atlanta has many wonderful shopping centers, this is one of my favorites. It has some of the most upscale stores. Phipps went through a facelift that I think, makes it mush more appealing. It's an easy shopping center to navigate, because of it's size, and park at. It's also far less congested than nearby Lenox Square. Sak's and Nordstrom are the two anchor stores. Phipp's also has a movie theater and about a half dozen places to dine.

I must admit I'm not a regular shopper here. I come here mainly to shop at Sak's, Bally and the Hugo Boss store. Phipp's has many fashion forward stores.

Valet and covered parking is available.

An elegant shopping experience.

I had the best Experience shopping at Phipps Plaza, my first time at this plaza . My first stop was Chanel, where I purchased a handbag. Elizabeth and Sissy were outstanding so was their handbags , next was Saks Chanel makeup dept where I met fabulous Deborah Wilson . She applied makeup for an event I was attending . She did an Outstanding job . she is knowledgeable of Chanel products, professional, polite and a complete joy. Love all my products I purchased . I looked fantastic . Thank you wonderful Deborah …

Phipps Plaza on Peachtree Road in Atlanta is a cool shopping center that has a great variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. I really like the location and atmosphere that they have here. I have had a really good shopping experience every time that I have been here.

I have shopped at Belk for years, and I have frequented several different stores as I've moved. I have NEVER had experiences like I have at Phipps Plaza. The selection is fine (home store is tiny, but that's just the store setup), but the staff are abysmal. You can never find a cashier, and if you ask someone for help, most of the time you get misinformation. They don't know how their own store works. And heaven help you if you have to go to Customer Service. I had a bad experience with a completely unhelpful person there the last time I had to return an item, and this time I was kept waiting almost an hour (and not in line, just waiting on the staff person to fulfill my request) just to be told that they couldn't do what I was asking. What I was asking was to purchase an item off a Belk wedding registry. Apparently, there's no way to do that in the store. After all that, the Customer Service desk worker didn't even apologize. You better bring plenty of patience if you want to shop here.

Few luxury stores, many still to be rented, poor dining options make this a mall to skip during your stay in Atlanta.

Get ready to open the wallet! This is definitely an upscale mall. It had the likes of Gucci, Versace, Tiffany & Company, etc. you don’t go here to just spend a few dollars. I found some of the regular products that I buy like Ferragamo to be a bit overpriced. Don’t be surprised when you go. You’ve been warned!

Very very disappointed in Phipps plaza. Used to be an upscale shopping plaza. All the good shops have closed and now it only seems to cater to one demographic. The only thing Phipps plaza is good for now is the movie theater. Seriously disappointing

When there for a morning and ended up staying most of the day. Shops are great to look at even if you can't afford to shop there and there is free transport between this shopping mall and others in the area as well as to the MARTA station. As shopping malls go otherwise it is not completely over the top decor wise just expensive and tasteful looking.

I thought I'd try this store again. Here goes - the escalators going up from the parking decks into this Belks have never worked, for years!..... A tremendous inventory of cheap offshore clothing is piled up on tables and falling on the floors......the mens changing rooms have no hooks to hang your clothes on, pins and needles all over the floor, ouch!, and it stinks really bad in the cramped space.....never going back, definitely a low-end urban experience.

Tried to enter Belk from parking deck and the escalators are inoperative going up. What gives? More often than not they don't work. If you can't get the escalators to work consistently then replace them.

I am sure the tenants pay CAM that will enable you to fund the project.
