Took my family to Lennox for my daughters 16th birthday and I can honestly say I will never return. Takes 20-30 minutes to find a parking spot, the presence of police and security make it feel like a prison, the smell of marijuana is constant and annoying. There’s lines just to enter stores because the employees can’t watch everyone and there are so many thefts. Simply put this mall used to be a great place to go, now it is full of gang bangers and thugs. If you care for your family do not go here.

This mall was so underwhelming. We were excited for a fun shopping day and ended up just walking around and leaving. It’s just like any other mall out there... It also has an EXTREMELY confusing layout.
Every one told us this was the best mall in Atlanta & we loved the Phipps Plaza way more (which is right across the street.)

Big mistake. Huge! very disappointed with costumer service. My husband get me pair of boots online for my birthday. I was so excited! They happen to be a little too big. I brought it the store, all excited that I will have my boots just perfect. What else would you except from LV ... Sales person called fo a manager. Women came and from a get go start to talk to me in a ver cold demanding way. Keep saying " it's not salable because bottom has a needle point spots. I explained over and over again that I never wore them. I want to exchange them for a smaller size. Well... by the end of it I feel so small... I asked what solution would be. She basically told me to leave. I'm in shock. Doesn't matter if you first time experiencing LV or return client, nobody should EVER feel like that... I would except from LV to focus on their choice of employees. I will NEVER pay a dime to LV. I left the store holding up on my tears. On my birthday

So, this place has high end stores but it’s filthy. I can’t imagine these top brands being ok with floors that look like they haven’t been waxed in years.
If you are looking to get your steps in for the day then maybe this is a good stop, but IDK! There are security guards, metal detectors, and police dogs, so it is a bit unsettling. Having those measures should make you feel safe, but the fact that they have those measures is also kind of alarming.
I didn’t see any ‘deals’ and the mask and capacity limits made it a tad more frustrating.
I wouldn’t stop here again.

Never again. This used to be the go-to place for me after arriving from Amsterdam to visit friends and family here in the south. I was not prepared for the horrible experience I had on my last visit. The atmosphere has gone from classy to trashy. The other patrons were extremely aggressive in a very crowded indoor covid-19 environment. No one was wearing a mask. No one. The patronage was no longer diverse in social class and race. It appeared as though we had walked into a 21st-century blacksploitation film. The contrast between the high-end stores and the gangster acting patrons was shocking. Too bad. This experience also spilled over into the Marriot which is adjacent to the mall. I pity the residents of this part of Buckhead.

Dropped a 20 dollar bill while walking through here, turned around to see a ghetto rat snatch it off the floor and stuff it in his pocket. I asked him repeatedly to give it back, he kept refusing and it looked like the only resolution would be fists. A crowd gathered, all backing the perp, and it was pretty clear this would be a no-win unless I just walked away. I don't know why anyone would come here unless they were looking for trouble. I have no doubt even worse goes on than what I experienced but don't look for the toadies in the media to report on it.

Since having moved to Atlanta in the early 80's, I have watched the slow decline of Lenox Mall as an enjoyable shopping venue even while the caliber of stores has gone upscale. However, our most recent visit was absolutely disappointing.

The place looks like an armed camp with a metal detector at the front entrance (but none at the other multitude of entrances), police through out the stores and elevated police outposts in the parking lot.

However, the biggest surprise are the security measures taken by the high dollar retail stores. ALL of the outward facing display windows of jewelry stores are empty to avoid smash and grab thieves. Furthermore, there are cuing lines at these stores to control a sudden influx of crowds. THEN, when you get in the store, there are NO articles on display and all of the inventory is held behind the counter. BUT my biggest disappointment was when I went to one jewelry store only to find that the door was locked. I was then met by an armed guard that told me to call and make an appointment!

Was disappointed to see the number of stores that have closed since the pandemic. There is definitely a level of decline in both the clientele and the shopping experience as a whole which is demonstrated by the number of police circling and in the mall itself. Still a great mix of upscale stores and merchandise but it may be safer to order online.

This is where many of the high end stores are. Clearly, there is something going on at this mall and in the area as we felt very unsafe. We have traveled the globe and seldom feel this uncomfortable. There were security guards everywhere.
They check for firearms as you enter and ask if you are carrying.
In Neiman’s a patrol dog and security guard were there along with multiple other security guards. We left early and afterwards, I looked up what the issue is. Apparently, they have had some incidents with shootings. I did ask one store employee what was going on, she said they have had some issues and both shoppers and store employees had requested security be increased for safety reason.

So sad as this is a lovely mall with nice stores.
