I drove my daughters all the way from Ohio to see Lizzo here. They loved it!! Overall our entire experience in Atlanta was great.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn downtown just a few minutes away - turns out it’s a short and safe 10 minute walk to the hotel from the arena so I didn’t have to fight crowds picking them up (they’re college age so I didn’t go). I was nervous about them walking back at night and was ready to leap into action if they felt unsafe, but they felt very comfortable when they started walking. The area was well lit with lots of people Walking back in the direction of the hotel from the show. Traffic was crazy when I dropped them off. The hotel staff told me they could walk back safely, so that saved me from being stuck in gridlock for two hours after the concert ended.

I had the pleasure of visiting and celebrating my cousins birthday at the State Farm Arena during a basketball game. We enjoyed the suite experience for the game and the staff, food, service ect. was exceptional. It was an unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to friends, family and client's. I look forward to visiting the State Farm Arena again in the near future for another 5 Star Experience!

Journey!!! Finally, got to see them. They did not disappoint. What a fantastic concert. The venue is cool, plenty of bathrooms, good and drinks. The only downside is they don't open up until one hour prior to show. So we had to stand in line forever to get in.

It's hard to be in such a mediocre venue after being at venues that are so much better in and around Atlanta. We saw $uicideboy$ here last summer. They put on a great show, but the venue did not positively contribute to the overall experience. There were really bad lines for everything, especially merch. We sat in an upper section directly across from the stage, which provided us with a great view, except there was this kid in front of us recording himself the entire time on his back camera WITH FLASH until my husband told him to please stop.

This venue looks like a beautiful facility, that is until you sit down or attempt to purchase refreshments. The seats are easily 2" narrower than any other venue I have attended. To make matters worse, the seats have armrests with cup holders. If the armrests extended similar to the bottom seat length, they might be ok. The length of the armrest is easily 6" shorter. Anytime you get up, the armrests and the drinks tip up and all over the floor. Refreshment prices are somewhere in the stratosphere. Needless to say, we will not be returning anytime soon.

We went to the Oprah 2020 Vision show in the State Farm Arena in downtown Atlanta. The arena staff was friendly in getting everyone through the security lines before entering the arena itself. The event was sold out with about 12,000 attendees! In spite of the big crowd, the event staff was friendly and the stadium was clean. We had a great time. The arena is within walking distance of several hotels and restaurants. We stayed at a local hotel and walked to the arena which saved on parking and traffic!

Daughter and friend went to a K-pop concert. Staff super friendly. Security check was fast and professional. Like a well oiled machine they know how to deal with crowds. Good size with great sightlines. A lot of parking nearby.

This was a really solid fan experience! Great facility, really engaging announcer and entertainment during NBA time outs and the Harrah’s Casino dining experience was an unexpected treat. If you buy Harrah’s club seat tickets, the lounge is part of that, offering free food and drinks during the game. Great family night out!

We attended a Bruce Springsteen concert at the arena and found the facility excellent for a concert. We were on the lower level and had a nice food court near our seats. The attendants were very helpful and the entire concert was over the top. In particular, the sound is such and area was excellent.

Attended a concert. The staff here are unbelievably courteous and helpful. I can’t remember ever being treated so well and so special at an event like this. And we were not in the expensive seats. And it was all night long the staff was awesome. Even upon leaving. Well trained and managed is what this means. Great venue but I wouldn’t recommend the upper deck straight away from the stage as the sound isn’t the best and the lighting gets in the way a bit.
